What would you suggest patient to do when you first see this case? For me, it was Orthodontic treatment (or “Braces”).
But this patient did her research and knew what she wanted. Apart from closing her median diastema (space between upper front teeth), she wanted to have fuller smile arch & larger tooth size as well. (I was surprised when she knew the term “Smile arch”! She really did her research.😂)

8-units composite veneers were done with injection molding technique with @gc_malaysia G-aenial Universal Injectable Composite (Shade A1) & Zhermack Clear Silicone template, and minor touch ups with @dental2u composite instruments.
We’ve increased the buccal fullness of the upper anteriors as well as restoring the proper smile arch. See how wide she smile after the veneers are placed? Most of my patients started “learning” how to smile (or are nagged by me to practice how to smile properly 😂) when they’re finally confident with their pearly whites.
