酢とオリーブオイルとはちみつをベースにマリネしますが、ドレッシングを使っても○
↓に簡易版も書いてるので、好みに合わせて作ってね
【材料】
・にんじん 150g
・塩 0.7g
・ベーコン(お好み) 20g
・にんじんから出た水分(お好み)
・くるみ(お好み) 10g
・はちみつ 10g
・グランマルニエ(あれば) 5g
・粒マスタード(お好み) 小さじ1/2
・白ワインビネガー(酢) 15g
・オリーブオイル 40g
【準備】
・くるみを細かく刻む
・ベーコンを細切りにする
【作り方】
~簡易版~
1. にんじんを包丁orピーラーorスライサーで細切りにし、ボウルに入れて塩をふって少し置いておく
2. にんじんから水分を絞り、好みのドレッシング、またははちみつ10g・白ワインビネガー(酢)15g・オリーブオイル40gを混ぜ冷蔵庫で数時間寝かせて出来上がり

1. にんじんを包丁orピーラーorスライサーで細切りにし、ボウルに入れて塩をふって少し置いておく
2. にんじんから水分を絞り、ベーコンをフライパンでカリッとするまで炒める(油はひかずベーコン自信の油で炒める)
3. にんじんから出た水分を加えて、フライパンをこそげながら水気がほぼなくなるまで煮詰める
4. ボウルに↑のベーコン、調味料をすべて入れて混ぜ、くるみ・にんじんを加えて和え、冷蔵庫で数時間寝かせて出来上がり

[How to make]
~ Simplified version ~
1.Finely chop the carrot with a knife, peeler or slicer. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle salt and leave it for a while.
2.Squeeze out the moisture from the carrots, then mix in your favorite dressing, or mix in 10 g of honey, 15 g of white wine vinegar, and 40 g of olive oil, and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to finish.

3.Add the moisture from the carrot and boil it down while scraping the pan until the moisture is almost gone.
4.Add ↑ bacon and all seasonings in a bowl and mix it. Add walnuts and carrots and dress it. Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours and it will be complete.
