東京智能製造展開展 車電、智能工廠應用技術不漏接

(AUTOMOTIVE WORLD)，已於2021年1月20日盛大舉辦，展期至1月22日。雖受疫情影響，但開展第一天仍吸引不少參觀者現場蒞臨參與。

由Reed Exhibition主辦的第35屆日本國際電子產品設計研發與製造技術展(NEPCON JAPAN)與第13屆國際汽車工業技術展(AUTOMOTIVE WORLD)，已於2021年1月20日盛大舉辦，展期至1月22日。雖受疫情影響，但昨日開展第一天仍吸引不少參觀者現場蒞臨參與。另外同期舉辦第7屆日本可穿戴式設備暨技術展(WEARABLE EXPO)、第5屆日本國際機器人開發與應用技術展(RoboDEX)、第5屆日本國際智能工廠展 (SMART FACTORY Expo)。展會合計參展商超過1,000家企業參展，最新技術橫跨業界一覽無遺！

受到全球COVID-19(新冠肺炎)疫情影響下，2021年展會除了實體展出外，主辦單位Reed Exhibitions亦因應了無法到場的海外參觀者提供線上展會數位交流平台，不漏接最新的產品技術趨勢訊息。Reed表示，從線上觀展平臺上，參觀者能瀏覽所有參展企業的「線上虛擬展位」，並且能事前向感興趣的參展商進行會議預約。平臺上備有訊息、視訊等多種通訊機能。

與展會同期舉行的多場大型研討會也精采可期，例如由村田製作所的中島社長，發表該公司的5G戰略。以及Docomo的中村執行董事，帶來次世代通信標準的6G主題，此外，還有多場「電子先進技術論壇」，報名熱門連連額滿。

NEPCON JAPAN 聚焦5G商用化產品技術

NEPCON JAPAN可謂是亞洲首屈一指的電子設備研發、製造及封裝技術展。隨著日本及亞洲電子產業的發展不斷成長壯大，至今已走過30多個年頭。

NEPCON JAPAN 2021由七大專業主題組成，包括電子產品製造設備及零件技術展、電子零組件檢測設備及開發技術展、電子零組件封裝設備及開發技術展、印刷電路展、電子元件及材料展、精密加工技術展、LED及半導體雷射展。

因應5G商用化加上O-RAN開放式架構的出現，2021年展場也出現不少對應5G應用延伸而出的相關電子材料技術，例如在日本CMK展出採用低傳輸損耗材料的高頻電路板，適用於毫米波雷達等用途。擅長機能性樹脂材料的Rogers Corporation展出低介電常數、低損耗熱固性樹脂電路板材料，非常適合5G/毫米波天線應用。Zefa展出5G相容材料的三維電路形成技術，多項備受關注的5G相關技術齊聚。Reed Exhibition展會事務局長前薗雄飛表示，2022 NEPCON JAPAN將預期比2021年規模擴大兩倍，尤其5G相關技術展出將更加大幅增加。

日本汽車技術展 「MaaS EXPO」首屆舉辦

展會另一重頭戲為國際汽車工業技術展(AUTOMOTIVE WORLD)，(AUTOMOTIVE WORLD 2021包含7個專題展：CAR-ELE JAPAN國際汽車電子展、EV JAPAN日本國際EV/HEV驅動技術展、Automotive Lightweight Technology Expo日本國際汽車輕量化技術展、Connected Car JAPAN日本國際車聯網技術展、CAR-MECHA JAPAN日本國際汽車零組件及加工技術展、Autonomous Driving Technology Expo日本國際自動駕駛技術展、MaaS EXPO交通移動服務展。

值得一提的是2021年「MaaS EXPO」(交通移動服務展)是第一屆舉辦，內容網羅「CASE」(車聯網、自動駕駛、汽車共享服務、電動車)等豐富主題的汽車先端技術展。展出包含MaaS系統平臺、導入自動駕駛車輛的MaaS服務、預約／付款系統、數據收集以及分析平臺。

隨著汽車智慧化與聯網化的趨勢發展，汽車上的功能實現許多都得仰賴軟體輔助，未來軟體占車子成本的比例勢必將持續攀升。「軟體定義汽車」時代已然來臨。有鑑於此2021 AUTOMOTIVE WORLD也特別設立「Automotive Software Zone」專區，展出各類車用軟體及相關技術。而在主題演講中，日產和SONY將在基調演講上，就以「製造以軟體為中心的汽車」主題探討軟體戰略。

Reed展會事務局長早田匡希提到，因應這樣的趨勢，在特別演講中，Volkswagen和微軟也以軟體為主題發表演講。在技術研討會上，電裝和Hitachi Automotive System將討論就如何開發兼顧速度和安全性的軟體研發進行講座。

除了多場軟體講座外，還有涵蓋自動駕駛、E/E 架構、EV、FCV、AI 和電池開發等關鍵技術講座。另外，全球首先實現自動駕駛3級的高速公路實際應用的本田汽車，將探討自動駕駛3級系統的發展，以及如何實際應用。精實的研討會內容，即是希望給與會聽眾，掌握到更多最新產業趨勢技術發展。

2021年Automotive另一熱門話題是日本經產省研擬全日本在2035年禁售燃油車，屆時只能銷售混合動力車及電動汽車，這也將加速各國電動車發展時程。早田匡希表示，對此趨勢變化，Reed在13年前就趕在全球潮流之前開始籌備，並於12年前推出首屆「EV JAPAN」電動車技術展。未來Reed將進一步豐富EV JAPAN的展覽內容，同時也站在潮流前鋒，提供第一手技術資訊給產業界。

SMART FACTORY Expo 「導入諮詢區」 協助企業數位化

SMART FACTORY Expo彙聚智慧工廠相關所有最新技術及解決方案，涵蓋物聯網解決方案、FA技術、機器人技術、人工智慧等。自2017年首屆展會以來，SMART FACTORY Expo展會規模逐年擴大，目前已成為日本最大的智慧工廠解決方案展會，吸引來自全球的大量業界專業人士觀展以尋找先進的技術。

Reed Exhibitions展會事務局長早田匡希提到，2021 SMART FACTORY Expo特別新設立「導入諮詢區」針對希望進行工廠數位化的人士，提供諮詢及提案。例如「該從哪方面開始進行廠房數位化？」、「是否有小額開始方案？」、「想導入適合自家工廠型態的物聯網技術」等提問。智慧工廠(將物聯網和人工智慧引入製造業)已經不單單只是個趨勢概念，而是邁入實際的「採用導入階段」， 「導入諮詢區」將有助於解決實際採用時的各種課題。2022年預期因應數位轉型的重要性，參展商將增加為兩倍。

日本首屈一指的機器人技術展

國際機器人開發與應用技術展(RoboDEX)，吸引包括工業型／服務型機器人、感測器的技術開發及AI等相關企業齊聚！展出工業用機器人、機器人系統整合、服務型機器人、運輸用機器人、機械元件&軟體、感測技術、AI...等。

另外也展出不少有助於自動化和解決工作力短缺問題的機器人技術以及許多有助於物流創新的機器人技術。精彩的技術演講中電裝子公司DENSO WAVE的執行董事神谷先生，在基調演講中就工業機器人的應用發表演講。此外還有多場聚焦於機器人應用方式的演講，例如製造第一線的機器人運用以及食品生產線中的機器人和人工智慧應用。

另外展場也亮相機器人實機吸引不少參觀者目光，Doog展出協作運輸機器人「Sauzsa」、Marubeni Information Systems展出法國Effidence公司的自主移動運輸機器人「EffiBOT」。F-Design 展出各式可廣泛運用的移動機器人(如諮詢服務機器人和食物配給機器人)。

xiangyuとステージテクノロジスト集団エムプラスプラス株式会社が2021年2月2日(火)20時から、視聴無料のオンラインライブをYoutube LIVEで生配信。また、オンラインライブにおいて音楽と同期して光る演出を体験できる”Immersive Online Live System”の実証実験も行います。今回、そのシステムのデバイスはxiangyuがデザイン。ライブでは、 “Immersive Online Live System”の他にもオリジナルプロダクトやm++ DANCERS（エムプラスプラスダンサーズ）が登場し、エムプラスプラスの演出力とxiangyuのパフォーマンスをお楽しみください。

“Immersive Online Live System(イマーシブオンラインライブシステム)”は、アーティストの新しい表現の場となったオンラインライブにおいて、スマートフォンのような小さな画面でライブを視聴するときでも、ライブの音楽と同期して光る強い光源を置くことで、実際のライブのような非日常的な感覚が得られるという、エムプラスプラスの研究を実証実験するために開発しました。オンラインライブやライブDVDなどの映像視聴では得られない、実際の会場でライブにいるかのように、映像の外に演出が飛び出してくるような体験がオンライン配信やライブ映像に同期して行うことができます。
なお、本研究の一部は科学技術振興機構（JST）戦略的創造研究推進事業チーム型研究（CREST）の支援を受けて行われています。
