《Wounds of Hong Kong 港傷》攝影師 高仲明
自2019年6月以來，香港由「反對逃犯條例修訂」掀起的抗爭運動越演越烈。政府漠視市民的訴求、還有警察的執法不公，香港人的憤怒與日俱增，令運動持續至今，仍然沒有退卻的跡象。
警暴波及的不只於前線抗爭者，還有和平示威者、以至純粹路過的市民。他們有人被打至皮開肉綻、骨折、爆眼、槍擊，傳出有人在扣留期間遭性侵，有人患上創傷後遺症。
香港人的「五大訴求」，其中之一就是「追究警隊濫權」。警察濫捕、濫告、濫用私刑，卻沒有任何一個被調查或停職，更枉論處分。傷痕可能會隨年月退卻，但我們必需記住香港人受過的傷害。因為人與政權的鬥爭，就是記憶與遺忘的鬥爭。
The protest in Hong Kong has no sign of dying down after 7 months of violent fight. Began as an objection to the Extradition Bill to China, it has evolved to a comprehensive protest over the future of this city.
Thanks to the denial of justice, Hong Kong's anger has accumulated to a critical level. Police brutality does not only affect the protesters, but every ordinary Hong Kong citizen. Some of them were beaten by police baton, resulted in bone fracture. Some were shot by bullets. Some suffered from sexual harassment. Some have to face post-traumatic stress disorder. Although the abuse of power by the police is recorded by live video, till now no police officer was investigated, suspended nor punished.
"The struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting." Scar and bruise may fade, but we have to remember how they get through. Here are the wounds of the casualties.
《小檔案》
高仲明從事新聞攝影二十年，主要拍攝圖片故事、專題報導和人物專訪。關注的題目包括貧窮、露宿者、少數族裔等。作品有「雄叔——旺角後巷的末期癌症病人」、「光哥——露宿天台的越南船民」、「大阪西成區的露宿社群」等。他亦報導過柬埔寨貧民窟的兒童眼科醫院、內蒙古化漠化、達蘭薩拉——西藏流亡政府、北京的空氣污染問題等。
2014年香港雨傘運動，他在金鐘進行全景拍攝，記錄佔領區的日與夜。
2016年起，高仲明為香港樂施會擔任義務攝影師，記錄該會在羅興亞（2016）、澳門（2017）、坦桑尼亞（2018）、馬拉維和莫桑比克（2019）的人道救援工作。尤其關注災後重建、女性接受教育和經濟自主的權利。
高仲明曾獲得多個攝影奬項。記錄香港警暴的圖輯「Wounds of Hong Kong」入圍Sony World Photography Awards 2020 專業組最後三強。「毫宅——香港低收入人士的居住環境」獲2012年WMA 大師攝影獎。
