Completed my first indoor cycling today✌🏼 Stationary bike in gym is so different compared to road cycling in term of mechanism and setting. Thou it's rather tough for me as my injury is not yet fully recover. However, it is a good experience and I had so much fun.

We are back again with a fun and eventful bike weekend market, starting with our signature “Zog Zag 15 km ride”
catered for all levels, passing through small Bangkok alleyways to experience the unseen local lifestyle and nature.
To begin the trip, one of the key highlights include hopping on the ferry to cross the Chao Phraya river.
The second trip “Phra Nakorn Wonder Rally” requires experienced team cyclists to search for 5 secret locations around old town Bangkok via our given clues.
The event also showcases Friday- Sunday bike market from 4 pm onwards, and a special Saturday activity
“Sunset spinning class” by Tribe – a 45-minute butt-kicking workout that will take you on a stationary but sweaty session of your life, while watching the sunset over the Chao Phraya river.

Back when I was in my air cast, I hated to be on the stationary bike -it was boring, uncomfortable and I was quite literally not going anywhere. But I rode daily because I knew that it was one of the best ways I could tax my energy systems. One of the biggest reasons I could bare the monotony was because I had @stefantseng by my side. Stefan, who at that point had just announced his retirement, accompanied me at almost every bike session. We trash talked, he pushed me and let me make fun of him.
