Refocus Back on Jesus
“Peter answered him and said, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the waters.” He said, “Come!” Peter stepped down from the boat, and walked on the waters to come to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was strong, he was afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand, took hold of him, and said to him, “You of little faith, why did you doubt?” When they got up into the boat, the wind ceased.” (Matthew 14:28-32 WEB)
Today, the same question is “Why did you doubt?”
It is no longer about “Why did you sin?” Jesus already paid your sin debt at the cross. It is a question of whether you believe or not.
Through faith, you can walk upon the waves of life without sinking. On a similar note, we sink when we are in unbelief.
Even though our state of being in and out of faith changes, Jesus’ eye is always attentively watching us, ready to grab us by the hand when we need His urgent deliverance.
If your eyes have been wandering, and you have forgotten Jesus because of the seemingly scary winds and waves of life, now is a good time to fix your eyes back on Him.
Build a habit of seeing Jesus in the Scriptures daily. You need that fresh dose of life. Through receiving the abundance of Grace and the gift of righteousness, you will reign in life through the one Jesus Christ!
Jesus walking on the sea is one of the 37 recorded miracles which He did. See God’s heart of grace and love towards you when you see the Messiah in action, in the four gospels. You will receive miracle-working faith to receive breakthroughs in your life: https://bit.ly/messiahs-miracles

Twenty-four Paired Illustrations of the Flowery Winds of Promise
Dong Gao (1740-1818), Qing dynasty
The ancients associated spring winds with the keeping of promises, because they arrive just when expected and coax countless flowers to burst into bloom. For this reason, spring breezes are called "flowery winds of promise." Spring covers four months and eight solar terms, from the twenty-third solar term, "lesser cold," to the sixth, "grain rain." There are twenty-four "flowery winds of promise" during this time, starting with plum blossoms, and finishing with chinaberry flowers.
The album comprises twelve leaves and a total of twenty-four paintings, one for each of the springtime winds. The painter, Dong Gao (1740-1818), had the style name Xijing and the sobriquet Zhelin. Hailing from Fuyang in Zhejiang province, he was the eldest son of Dong Bangda (1699-1769). Dong took up a post in the Southern Study in the Forbidden City during Emperor Qianlong's reign; he was promoted to grand secretary of the secretariat in the first year of Emperor Jiaqing's reign (1796).

The earth is shaped as a footstool.
“Yahweh says, “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?” (Isaiah 66:1 WEB)
The earth has pillars that holds it firmly in place.
“The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.” (Psalms 75:3 WEB)
The earth doesn’t move, and will not be moved forever.
“He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.” (Psalms 104:5 WEB)
Instead, the sun is the one which moves in a circuitous route, within the “tent” (the dome-shaped firmament enclosing the earth, corresponding with the cushion of the footstool).
“Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course. His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends; There is nothing hidden from its heat.” (Psalms 19:4-6 WEB)
The earth has four corners from which the four winds of the earth come from.
“After this, I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth, or on the sea, or on any tree.” (Revelation 7:1 WEB)
In Nebuchadnezzar’s dream which came from God, he saw a tall tree in the middle of the earth which could be seen by all the ends of the earth. This is impossible on a globe, but is completely understandable on a footstool-shaped earth.
“Thus were the visions of my head on my bed: I saw, and behold, a tree in the middle of the earth; and its height was great. The tree grew, and was strong, and its height reached to the sky, and its sight to the end of all the earth.” (Daniel 4:10-11 WEB)
Think, study God’s word, and you can decide whether to believe so-called experts when you haven’t even been to places that their artists paint fictional illustrations of.
If Hollywood can make movies of people floating around in white suits, they can very well use the same green-screen technology to imitate ‘zero-gravity environment’ in top-secret studios on earth.

Lyrics:
Fire rises with the fall of the rain, light of the fireflies flutters,
Hilt grasped, wine flowing, cannot turn around.
Fire rises with the fall of the rain, light of the fireflies flutters,
Hilt grasped, wine flowing, cannot turn around.
Sons and daughters of Shueishalian!
Draw your blades and fight the Great Red Dragon,
For a tomorrow with dawn and dusk,
Four our homeland we die a glorious death.
Plant on Mount Lalu my flag of conquest,
My blood shed on this land,
Searing flames replace the glaring sun on the horizon.
Tread on my corpse, leap towards the loathsome dragon.
The voices of the ancestors echo through the red cedar forest,
Until the blood runs dry,
For you and me this shall be the day to die.
Irrigate this land with my blood.
Winds blow, rains fall, steel hacks, blades slash.
How many tears must there be in this life? All I wish for is no regrets.
How many tears must there be in this life? Today will be farewell; I shall die without remorse.
How many tears must there be in this life? All I wish for is no regrets.
How many tears must there be in this life? Today will be farewell; I shall die without remorse.
Die without remorse.
How many tears must there be in this life? All I wish for is no regrets.
How many tears must there be in this life? Today will be farewell; I shall die without remorse.
This life.
All I wish for is no regrets.
To die without remorse.
This life.
Today will be farewell; I shall die without remorse.

Allen Iverson earned a bit of immortality last night in the Gund Arena. Playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers and starting poorly before finishing gloriously, Iverson scored a career-high 50 points to become the only rookie ever to score 40 or more points in four consecutive NBA games.
Iverson broke the mark previously held by another Philadelphia rookie named Wilt Chamberlain, who scored 40 or more in three straight games on three different occasions in 1959-60.
The shot that broke the record came with 3 minutes, 37 seconds to play in the 125-118 loss, with the Sixers down by 10 points. It capped a stunning second-half performance by Iverson, whose record-breaking shot was his 11th bucket of the half. Iverson finished 13 of 17 from the field in the second half while scoring 39 points.
``He put on a magnificent display,'' said Cleveland coach Mike Fratello.
When Sixers center Michael Cage was told of the overwhelming accumulation of numbers Iverson put up in the second half, he simply said, ``Wow.''
As the game, another Sixers loss, ended, the 20,009 in the Gund Arena rose from their seats to give Iverson a cheering ovation and Fratello pulled the rookie to the sidelines and whispered in his ear.
``Those things are personal,'' Iverson said when asked what he was told. ``But he told me to keep my head up, to not pay attention to what you guys write about me, to keep playing basketball, doing what I love.''
In the last five games, Iverson has scored 210 points. The Sixers have lost their last seven.
Despite all Iverson could do, in a strange, physical, poorly officiated game, the Sixers lost again. Despite shaving the Cavs' lead to seven three times in the fourth quarter, Philadelphia dropped its 57th decision of the season.
As it was in Friday's loss to Milwaukee - and as it probably will be in the season's five remaining games - the Sixers' defense was the definition of porous. The most points the deliberate, low-scoring Cavs had previously scored in a game this season was 108.
But in this sad-sack season, which winds to a close Saturday in Atlanta, there have been few reasons for the Sixers to celebrate. Last night, as Iverson played his fifth consecutive game of more than 40 minutes and performed as if he were only growing stronger with each passing moment, there was one moment well worth celebrating. And those who played with him will remember.
``Other than Michael Jordan, no,'' said Sixer Frankie King when asked if he had ever witnessed a performance like Iverson's. ``You see why that man was drafted No. 1. He caught fire.
``That was the first of something great for the future, whether Allen Iverson plays in Philadelphia or somewhere else. Allen Iverson is a ballplayer. I'm on this team and I enjoy watching him pay. I would actually pay to see him play.''
It looked early in the game as if Iverson, who had only 11 in the first half while hitting four of 14 shots, might have run out his string. But as the game heated up, so did he. And by the time he finished his scoring with a rash of fantastic plays, seemingly held back in the late going only by several inexplicable calls from the officials, the crowd was cheering him on.
Iverson's 50 points were a Gund record. His 39 second-half points were also a record for the arena.
``I knew I had a chance to break the record, but I didn't want to come into the game thinking totally about breaking that record,'' Iverson said. ``If I got that record, I wanted to get it within what we were trying to do and not try to do too much.
``What shocked me was my teammates' whole response to it; they felt good for me doing that and they felt good for being a part of it. I think, with all that, that was the most special thing to me.''
The cheers of the Cleveland fans, as much as anything, seemed to stun Iverson, who was booed in this very arena in February when he played in the NBA rookie all-star game.
``I didn't ever expect for somebody to be cheering me in Cleveland,'' he said. ``Especially after what they did to me in the rookie all-star game.''
