A couple of days ago, I received this wonderful package from @ohm.box, which is Malaysia's very first Healing and Wellness Subscription Box. It's a monthly themed box which contains various products which promotes holistic living and self love, services/workshops/classes and curated crystals every month based on a theme.
Here’s what I received ; OHMFOOTfoot scrub & foot moisturiser, a lovely adjustable bracelet with crystals that I can wear all day to give me beautiful energy, and five crystals 😍
I’m especially excited with the crystals! What’s crazy is that ever since I received the gift, I could feel a shift in my energy and the past few days have been AMAZING!
Let me talk a little about the crystals that I got :
1. Lapis Lazuli, known as the “stone of communication” promotes openness by speaking your truth & eases communication issues & breakdowns. This ultimately strengthens emotional ties & brings harmony to relationships
2. Green Aventurine is one of the best overall balancing stone. It acts s. General harmonizer, making it a powerful gem for dissolving negative emotions. It’s excellent in boosting feelings of optimism & gratitude
3. Carnelian is the life of the party... it motivates a rush of vibrancy within the base chakra to stimulate your inner star and rids you of all creative blocks in every area of your life. Something that I started working on in the beginning of the year & haven’t continued ever since 🤪
4. Amethyst is the master healer. It is calming & stabilising to all areas, particularly the mind. Can be used to reduce restlessness, irritation & worry. Place it in an office to help with feelings of tension or put it under your pillow for a good night’s sleep.
5. Black Agate like all black stones is a grounding & protective crystal. Gives inner strength to help one cope with an extremely busy day & keeps the peace in stressful households.
