Since the cancellation of Karate 1 Premier League and the upcoming events, we wouldn’t and won’t be able to compete in real tournaments for a long period.
Two weeks ago, my head coach gave us a good idea: COMPETE WITH YOUR TRAINING PARTNER!!! Hohohoooo!!! YES!!! We took it very serious, we started train differently, our S&C coach re-adjusted the training program for us, Ariel went to get a haircut, ironed the gi ... 💇🏻♂️😆 and I put on makeup today 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s a GREAT DAY today, I felt so good and I’m happy with my performances, can’t wait to start training tomorrow and work on the corrections. At the end of the competition, Sensei gave us the prize , 🥭 Mango for me 😍💛and black bean for Ariel. (Remember, the can of the black bean is Silver, and there are only two competitors here😆😆😆)
