Selamat Hari Kebangsaan! This was one of the toughest brainstorm sessions we had to go through to come up with this idea. To come up with an inspiring story, when we were so uninspired, as our country was going through such an unstable period.

But eventually we noticed, it was always during difficult times, we see real heroes from your everyday people - that's the beauty of Malaysia. Despite all the negativity we hear everyday, the beauty of Malaysia is that Kita Jaga Kita, Rakyat Jaga Rakyat. So yeah, at the end of the day, I know we'll come out of this dark period stronger, because we got each other. Enjoy the video.

Today I’m trying ear candling, which has an ancient history in China and is related to moxibustion. It involves burning a flaming candle with mugwort smoke in and around someone’s ear. (No joke!) It’s based on traditional Chinese medicinal theories about dampness and coldness – the idea is that the moxibustion is supposed to remove these things from the body. This is a crazy treatment and it was truly terrifying, though ultimately harmless. Just please be careful and only do this under the supervision of professionals. The idea to incorporate Tuning forks and sound healing into Cantopop was maybe more a necessity for me than a simple experiment. It’s harder and harder to hear ourselves as we get older and I spent many sleepless months lost in the noise of my own mind. Trying to find a way out, I came across sound healing and it helped me with insomnia. I hope more people can experience this natural therapy and that this song can help us find peace and the beauty in the Sound of Silence.

👩‍🍳材料：
2顆蛋
50g巧克力蛋白粉（可以使用你喜愛的品牌）
100ml 夏威夷豆奶
5g泡打粉
20g纖維粉

作法：
1⃣️把蛋、蛋白粉、纖維粉、泡打粉依序加入容器內並用打蛋器攪拌均勻。
2⃣️加入夏威夷豆奶，攪打成滑順狀
3⃣️倒入玻璃容器中
4⃣️放入萬用鍋中，按烘焙模式
5⃣️鍋子逼逼聲響了之後就可以開鍋倒入盤子中
6⃣️可以單吃也可以加入喜愛的配料一起享用！


備註：沒有萬用鍋的可以用電鍋蒸20分鐘

✳️ Ingredients (Makes about 16 Servings):
50g chocolate protein powder
20g fiber powder
5g baking powder
100ml macadamia milk
2eggs


❇️ Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients + 100ml of macadamia milk
2. Pour the mixture in a glass bowl
3. Put in the steamer for about 20minutes
