I’ve always emphasized the importance of at-home hair care to maintain smooth and healthy hair, and one of my favorite range is the #lorealparissg - extraordinary oil shine (for colored and dull hair). Besides being infused with 100% French Rose Oil (i love rose and this range smells amazing), the series is silicone-free so it doesn’t weigh the hair down (v important for styling), and all while maintaining the color!
My hair is already quite naturally straight and in pretty good condition but the range helps to nourish and tame frizz so that my hair looks extra shiny and smooth.

So masa awal-awal adopt dia masa dia baby lagi, I brought him to the vet to complete his 3 months vaccination. Ingat lagi muka gangster kuat pembuli ni takut jarum rupanya, makan ubat pun payah pastu balik rumah muka monyok je takde mood 🤣Walaupun dah tak payah pergi vet every month, but I will make sure to bring him for regular check-ups at certified veterinary clinics at least twice a year for preventive health care and a better and longer life. This is also aligned with the Take Your Pet to The Vet (TYPTTV) campaign by Royal Canin Malaysia for the importance of good pet care and being responsible pet owners. Bila kucing kita happy, kita pun akan happy ❤
If you have a pet, pls make sure to bring your pet for regular check ups too ok? Vet is still operating during FMCO, make sure you call for an appointment before going.

no i didn't comb my hair but i put on makeup and bomb ass clothes to go nowhere tho instead of hoodie so that's an improvement ✨ heck, i only look good when i need to take pictures or videos 😭just to remind you guys, that deciding to put on makeup and cute clothes during lockdown is part of self care, no u don't have to tell urself you have to be super productive, don't feel bad about not being productive, we are so embedded with the idea hustling, we often forget the importance of rest and self care. hustling is wonderful, but without self care, your work can't be efficient as well, so what's the point?
congratulate yourself for waking up today, for deciding to cook urself a healthy meal, for doing just minimal workout, for not replying that message during the weekends, for deciding to sleep 1 hr earlier than usual. you are doing the best you can for things you can control, mental health is important, take care of yourself, don't feel bad about what you feel because you think others are having it worse. different people struggle differently, but all of that made you stronger 🤍
