全家運動身體好
今天天氣不好，下雨下到感覺很容易身體潮濕發霉，趕緊來全家跳舞運動一下，通常我一次都是Just Dance一小時，奶爸是健身環大冒險30分鐘，但有時候我會叫老公來跟我一起跳（出賣他公園阿伯系列的舞姿）。
娜娜都會跟著爸媽一起跳，不過大人版的的確負責難很多，Just Dance裡面也有寶寶版本的，充滿了耳熟能詳的英文兒歌，瑪莉小綿羊、金鉤杯、The Wheels on the Bus 等等，我大概跳累了就會轉換寶寶頻道讓娜娜跳寶寶版本。娜娜在沒有媽媽的帶領下也可以自己跳到五顆星！果然碧昂絲是要從小訓練的，我這是要把自己女兒紫薇的安靜嫻淑的天性引導到外向活潑火熱的小燕子嗎？
爸爸剛剛下樓去買茶點待會招待朋友，娜娜最近開始使一招很強的：『爸爸！你要去哪裡？可是我想要跟你去啊！我跟你去就好了，可是我會想你啊！』然後在整個人撲倒在爸爸身上撒嬌，媽媽在一旁看了，有種『果然不虧是我女兒』。
嘴巴甜一點、生活容易點。

由於魔王太耐冇上堂有冇出街俾小朋友 星期五嘅時候我帶咗佢去 @ step up dance 到試下拉丁舞
魔王本身係一個比較文靜嘅小朋友由於疫情嘅關係成日困喺屋企佢更加內向，所諗住比佢去試下跳舞啦🤣
上堂前梗係要換好衫著好鞋啦 小朋友要自己著好鞋仔著好衫整理好自己儀容，咁就可以開始啦～
果然不出所料魔王都係唔太肯跟老師，不過老師非常之有心機同埋有耐性，好温柔😂😂我連我呢個做媽媽都自愧不如， 有熊熊又糖咁樣終於氹掂咗魔王🤣🤣🤣
由於今次試堂係針對返比較細嘅小朋友所以佢哋教學嘅歌曲都係用返小朋友鍾意嘅例如baby Shark The wheels on the bus， 不過阿拉丁舞嘅步姿步法同動作都有融合係啲歌入面，仲用一個簡單易明嘅方式去表達出來，原來男仔學拉丁舞都可以好優雅🤩

以為switch Just dance啲歌得大人歌，點知原來有兒歌可以跳架！咁就可以同貝貝一齊跳一齊運動！（呢隻game係貝貝叔叔拎黎玩，玩完第二日我都即刻上amazon用半價訂咗，運緊番黎🤣）
貝貝強項係baby shark同the wheels on the bus，都跳得唔錯架，佢清醒到跳晒成首the wheels嘅時候，仲問我點解無唱其中一句，貝：「the mammy on the bus say shu🤫 shu🤫 shu🤫喺邊呀？」，世事都被你看透了！😹但無辦法啦，人地改咗首歌嗎，有好多句都無唱呀😆好嬲架！
