During development, we discovered that dwarves chain mail is unlike any human characters, which is made from interlocking metal hoops. Dwarves chain mail are discs with hole threaded together with additional metal hoops.For most 1/6th scaled figure, chain mails are recreated with existing mesh fabrics. But the differences in the pattern urged us to customize Gimlis own chain mail to match the costume design in the trilogy as perfectly as we possibly can.So we began testing the pattern created digitally on many materials and faced multiple challenges. Sometimes its too soft, too heavy, or just easily torn. 【Materials】
· Several kinds of yellow green and green buttons in different sizes
· 3 small brown buttons
· Long needle (one where ribbon can be threaded through)
· Red ribbon
· Star shank button (button with protrusion on the back)

【Steps】
1. Pass the ribbon through the needle and pass the yellow green and green buttons alternately from the smallest button.
2. After passing the largest button through, pass three brown buttons onto the ribbon.
3. Put the needle in the other button hole that the ribbon did not pass through, come out from the smallest yellow green button and fix it with a hard knot.
4. Pass the star button through the tied ribbon, and fix the remaining ribbon into a loop that isn't too big!

クリスマスが待ちきれない♡ボタンでツリーを簡単DIY
ハロウィンも終わり、寒くなってきて楽しみになるのはクリスマス!!
ボタンにリボンを通すだけでできるミニチュアツリーで一足先にクリスマスを味わいましょう♡

【用意するもの】
・大きさの違う黄緑と緑のボタン数種
・小さな茶色のボタン　３つ
・長めの針(穴にリボンが通るもの)
・赤いリボン
・星のシャンクボタン(裏に足がついたボタン)

【作り方】
1.針にリボンを通し、一番小さいボタンから黄緑と緑のボタンを交互に通していく。
2.一番大きいボタンを通したら、茶色のボタン３つを重ねてリボンに通す。
3.リボンが通っていないもう一方のボタン穴に針を刺し、一番小さい黄緑のボタンから出して固結びで固定する。
4.縛ったリボンに星のボタンを通して、余ったリボンを大きすぎない輪っかにととのえて完成!!

本物のツリーのオーナメントにもぴったりな大きさ!!
