took a little breather and went for a short run yesterday. It was a great little break (I got to sleep in til 11am 🎉!!!) hope everyone’s first day back at work was a smooth one. I love having little breaks like this in the middle of the week because.. it’s Friday again tmr 🤪
our body has its own traffic system, it runs perfectly when we were younger, as we grown older, day by day we're destroying our body unconsciously, physically, mentally, the system in our body is rotten silently, if you're lucky, the hospital's gonna be your new home when you're 50s, if you're not, the hospital is your comfort place when you're 20s; in some case, when you're 10s 💁🏽♂️ - like me, i'm missing a small organ inside my body - how funny i only know we have that organ 'til i lost it lol 😆
long story short, take care of your health, your parents/ grandparents/ partners/ friends - if they're ok or not.
you'll never know what happen inside if you don't listen to your body/ mind/ the pain, don't ignore it, check up with your doctors.
