Maintain social distancing. Wear a face mask to protect each other. This disease is transmitted by respiratory droplets. Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing because an uncovered cough can spread the droplets with virus 8 feet away at most.
Wash your hand often for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.
In Hong Kong, we also put the lid down before flushing the toilet to minimize the dispersal of virus. After the SARS lesson in 2003, we have learnt that SARS coronavirus can spread to other flats through drainage pipes. So we pour water to U-traps and drain outlet regularly.
The future is full of uncertainties. Hong Kong is expecting a second wave of coronavirus cases. And it is saddening to see the rapid increase in numbers worldwide. But have faith 💪🏻 We can fight the virus if each of us do our part.
