When two body constitutions collide
Short-tempered vs laggard
Body constitutions do not only reflect the condition of the body but also individuals‘ personality. When someone with yin deficiency or damp heat body constitution meets another person with yang deficiency and phlegm-dampness body constitution, it would be as if Mars hit the Earth.
Normally, individuals with an abundant yang energy will be more impatient, whereas those with yang deficiency would lack enthusiasm in things they do. Hence, they are quiet, soft-spoken, and introverted.
People with these two body constitutions can be at the extreme ends. The best way to tackle this problem is to improve the wellbeing of the body. Do not rush into things, and at the same time, do not procrastinate. Let us look at ways to improve the body conditions.
Yin deficiency body constitution
Suitable: Nourish yin and relieve dryness. Appropriately consume ingredients that will replenish the “Yin” energy, such as lily bulb, snow fungus, American ginseng and pear.
