88balaz is a four-piece rock band from Taipei with Blues rock as their base. They often include percussionists and accordionists in their live shows. Though the music is full of punk energy and distortive guitar elements, it hides delicate ideas and crashes into your heart directly. The band continuously tours Taiwan, Japan, China, the U.S., and Southeast Asia. 88balaz has won several music awards in Taiwan, including Best Album, Best Band, and Best Live Performance. In 2021, they won Best Band at the Freshmusic Awards from Singapore.

88balaz believes that live performance is the essence of music. It is the most direct way to communicate with the audience, so they dedicate more time to performing live shows than producing music in the studio. In the unique structural environment of YuChen, which was once an old cinema, 88balaz shared that if they were a movie, they would be a road film adapted from a musical comedy show. In addition to humor, they would also have scenes of car chases and terrorist-catching armies. Each plot demonstrates the rich touring experience and life attitude of 88balaz.

〈美股盤後〉拜登基建談判破裂 台積電ADR跌近2% 標普近乎持平

週二 (8 日) 美債殖利率下滑、比特幣暴跌，半導體類股疲軟，Reddit 散戶炒股熱浪再襲，新寵 Clover Health 暴漲逾 85%，市場走向缺乏關鍵催化劑，道瓊、標普收盤近乎持平，費半收黑逾 0.6%，台積電 ADR 跌近 2%。

政經消息方面，美國總統拜登 (Joe Biden) 與眾議院議員卡皮托 (Shelley Moore Capito) 連日的基建談判宣告失敗，雙方就資金規模問題存在重大分歧，拜登正尋求新的基建法案聯盟。

拜登今年 2 月 24 日下令對半導體晶片、電動汽車大容量電池、稀土礦產和藥品進行為期 100 天的政府審查，週二拜登政府就供應鏈問題公布一系列解決方案，除了成立供應鏈專案小組外，還將成立一支貿易行動小組 (Trade Strike Force)，以打擊其他國家的不公平貿易行為。

美國參議院預計日內將批准規模約 2500 億美元的《美國創新與競爭法》(U.S. Innovation and Competition Act,USICA)，以應對中國的技術挑戰。

地緣政治消息方面，外媒週二報導，美國和歐盟有意在年底前取消飛機與鋼鋁貿易衝突有關的 180 億美元關稅。
