美國公開賽—盧彥勳打了四個小時拼滿五盤落敗，止於第二輪

2017年美國開賽，昨天盧彥勳進行第二輪的賽事，碰上摩爾多瓦的Radu Albot。雖然盧彥勳在年初的chennai 公開賽中，曾擊敗過Radu Albot，但今天Radu Albot讓盧彥勳從一開始就陷入苦戰。

由於前幾場的比賽打了太久了，盧彥勳和Radu Albot這一場賽事，接近天黑時才登場。第一盤，由Radu Albot先發球，盧彥勳一開始不太適應燈光，發球局保得非常不順，第二個發球局就被破發而陷入苦戰，第一盤很快的以2:6 讓出。第二盤盧彥動雖然一開始破了Radu Albot的發球局，但自己在5:4時，無法守住，反到是讓Radu Albot給破回發球，逼進搶七局，結果又以7:9讓出，盧彥勳已被逼到退無可退了。第三盤，盧彥勳沒有放棄比賽，依舊將比賽咬得很緊，果然最後5:5時，終於破了Radu Albot的發球局，並保住發球局，以7:5拿下第三盤；第四盤，盧彥勳更火力全開，連破了Radu Albot三個發球局，以6:0再板回一城。第五盤，Radu Albot技巧性的上廁所來讓自己冷靜。盧彥勳雖然先發球，但在1:1時，自己的發球局先被破，以1:2落後，但盧彥勳依舊沒有放棄，拼戰每一分，直到4:5，Radu Albot的發球，盧彥勳退無可退，但盧彥勳能然破回了Radu Albot的發球局，並保住了發球局，反取得6:5超前，而Radu Albot的發球局，也給了盧彥勳一次賽末點的機會，Radu Albot的抽球稍長，但裁判沒有喊，而這個球場也沒有鷹眼設備，就這樣盧彥勳失去了這個賽末點。盧彥勳被追平進入搶七局，最終仍以搶7:2輸掉了比賽。

盧彥勳賽後表示，自己也覺得可惜，未能掌握住那個賽末點, 拿下比賽，但能為自己能撐到最後一分，感到很光榮，在落後兩盤之下，自己仍認為自己有機會扳回，不想放掉比賽，雖然最後只差一分，但自己已經盡力了。而盧彥勳昨天的拼勁不放棄的精神，也感動了現場的觀眾，除了台灣觀眾外，最後連外國的觀眾都反過來幫盧彥勳加油，場面很令人動容。盧彥勳結束單打賽事後，今天將休息一天，明天將和南韓的鄭泫搭配雙打，出戰阿根廷的組合Pella 及Schwartzman。

In the second round of 2017 US Open Men's Singles, Rendy faced Radu Albot from Moldova. Even though Rendy beat Albot at Chennai Open in the beginning of this year, today's match was a tough struggle for Rendy from the start.

Because the earlier matches took too long to finish, Rendy's match didn't start until dawn. In the first set, Rendy couldn't adjust to the lighting and was having a hard time holding serves. He quickly lost first set 2-6. In the second set, Rendy broke Albot right away, but at 5-4 was broken. In the tie-breaker, Rendy lost 7-9. At this point, things wasn't look too good for Rendy. In the third set, Rendy didn't give up and still fought hard. At 5-5, he finally broke Albot and won the set 7-5. In the forth set, Rendy was on fire, broke Albot three times and won 6-0. In the deciding fifth set, Rendy was broken early and down 1-2. But, Rendy stayed focused and managed to fight back. At 4-5, Rendy broke back, then held serve to go up 6-5. There was even one match point which Albot's shot went a bit long. But, there was no call and there is no Hawk Eye in this court to allow reply. Finally, in the tie-breaker, Rendy ran out of gas and lost 2-7 and the match.

Despite the loss, Rendy was proud to be able to fight back from two sets down. He didn't give up, and was one point away from winning. He tried his best and gave everything he could on the court. Rendy's fighting spirit and will power was touched by all spectators. Rendy still has Men's Doubles to go. Tomorrow he will team up with Hyeon Chung from Korea to play against Pella and Schwartzman from Argentina.
