Ok got a small situation. Going to keep it unbiased. Give me your opinion.
Dave teases John (minor name calling). EDIT: will explain the name calling....John's last name is Smith. A teacher was calling up students and called up John by his class number. While John was walking up the teacher called upon another female student with the same last name. So as John Smith was walking up to the stage the teacher Said "Miss Smith come" . And Dave said "Haha, Miss Smith."
This annoys John, so he throws an object hits Dave in the face. Dave lets it slide, but is hurt.
Dave is telling a friend his eye hurts. John overhears, laughs and tells Dave he deserves it. Dave calls John the same name as before. John also insults Dave verbally, but picks up an object.
Dave says "If you throw that at me. I will hit you.". John throws and misses. Dave marches over and punches John in the face. John cries for an hour.
What percentage of fault would you deem to Dave and John.
