Workout with them Wall, I’m sure we all have walls just laying around 🤣

1) Glute Bridge - place your legs 90degrees on the wall & bridge your hips up, focus on squeezing your glutes while you’re up
.

2) Banded Glute Bridge - similiar movement with glute bridge but this time actively push ur knees outwards while you bridge
.
.
3)Plank with hands from floor to wall - start with set plank, body in a straight line, slowly lift your hands towards the wall up and down, making sure there’s tension at all time.
.

4)Bridges with walk in & outs - keep your bridge up all time, slowly walk in & out maintaining your bridge.
.
.
5) Wall Kicks - start with all fours or set beast, hop upwards to the wall, to create more stress or load on your shoulders, press your chest towards the wall & hold a few secs before jumping off
.

6) Abs Halo - keep your legs 90 degrees on the wall, focus on drawing a circle with your upper body, remember to do it in another direction too !

如果妳做的是「BAD」的這種運動軌道,雖然最終不會傷害到妳的身體,但也不會獲得最好的臀部激活效果🍑
YES:
✅全程視線看著斜前方地板(這樣能夠防止背部過於彎曲)
✅肩膀後方靠在長凳上
✅推起來的時候雙膝大約與腳掌垂直對齊
✅頂到頂峰時hold一秒
✅背部在推到頂峰時應該是呈一條線 ⠀⠀
NO:
❌視線看著天花板、全身晃動
❌雙腳掌距離椅子太遠
(結果我失敗版的雙腳位置太正確,膝蓋對齊腳掌了😂
❌沒有全行程運動(還沒頂到頂峰的位置就下沉)
❌最常見的是骨盆前傾,臀推時卻不把骨盆往上推

Hip thrust form tips to get the most out of this supremely good GLUTE exercise🍑You won’t end up hurting yourself badly from doing this with “bad” form - but you won’t get the best glute activation from doing so either.
✅ Eyes forward or chin tucked in (prevents you from over arching your back),upper back (back of shoulders) resting on the bench,feet align with knees
❌ Looking up into the ceiling, feet too far away from bench, not using full range of motion (not going all the way to the top)
What’s also super common here is that arch your back in the top position by going too high
