We didn’t hold our usual Ang Mo Kio new citizenship ceremony last year because of the pandemic, so I was very glad that we managed to hold the face-to-face event this year, split across two days and two different locations for everyone’s safety. Happy to belatedly present our new citizens with their Citizenship certificates over the weekend.

Holland กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่าหลังจากภาพยนตร์ได้หยุดถ่ายทำชั่วคราวในช่วงเดือนมีนาคม เนื่องจากมีการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ตอนนี้ ภาพยนตร์ Uncharted ได้กลับมาถ่ายทำตามปกติ ตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคมแล้ว

"การแสดงภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ผมใฝ่ฝันมานาน แม้ผมไม่รู้ว่าคุณได้เล่นเกมนี้มาหรือเปล่า แต่สำหรับส่วนตัวแล้ว ผมเป็นแฟนเกม (Uncharted) ตัวยง และทุกอย่างกำลังไปได้สวยครับ"

นอกจากนี้ เขาบอกว่าแม้จะได้รับแผลรอยช้ำขนาดใหญ่ตรงขาระหว่างการแสดง แต่ก็ยืนยันว่าแผลดังกล่าวไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการแสดงมากนัก เพราะฉะนั้นไม่ต้องเป็นห่วงว่าเขาจะได้รับอุบัติเหตุร้ายแรงจากการแสดงหนังเรื่อง Uncharted

Uncharted เป็นภาพยนตร์จากเกมชื่อดังใน PlayStation ที่เจอปัญหาวิบากกรรม Development Hell ที่มีการเปลี่ยนนักแสดงกับผู้กำกับหนังหลายรอบ ซึ่งส่งผลทำให้การถ่ายทำหนังเรื่องดังกล่าวไม่มีความคืบหน้า แต่เมื่อช่วงปลายปี 2019 ที่ผ่านมา หลังจาก Tom Holland ได้รับข้อเสนอให้แสดงเป็น Nathan Drake ดูเหมือนว่าการถ่ายทำหนังจะเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นมากขึ้น

Tom Holland confirms the filming of Uncharted is moving along well.

Tom Holland, a famous actor who has been named Nathan Drake in Uncharted film, uploaded a video of himself via Instagram Live confirming that Uncharted film is moving on well.
.
Holland further says that after the film stopped filming in March due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Uncharted film has now returned to film as usual since July.

′′ This movie show is something I've dreamed of for a long time. I don't know if you've played this game, but personally I'm a huge (Uncharted) fan and everything is going well

Also, he said that despite getting a large bruise wound on the leg during the show, but insisted that the wound didn't affect the show much, so don't worry about him getting a serious accident from the Uncharted movie.

Uncharted is a movie from a famous game in PlayStation that encountered motocross Development Hell with several rounds of movie director, which resulted in the filming of such a progress, but in the end of 2019, after Tom Holland received an offer to show. As Nathan Drake, looks like the filming went a lot more smoothly.

3) Miang Pla Pow (Pic 3, 5 & 6) - New on the menu. Salt baked fish 🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋 OMGosh can u believe I actually ordered this coz I saw it on their IG story. Totally worth every cent. Cooked to perfection 👌🏼 and paired with that green sauce, so yummeh.
4) Tom Yam Sun Thai (kurang pedas) (Pic 7) - since am the only spicy eating person at home. I would probably order it normal heat 🤣 nda cukup pedas for me but cukup masam tu rasa.
5) Sangkaya x2 (Pic 8) - ❤️❤️❤️ But better tasting freshy cook from the shop.

Paid RM149 for that including delivery. Delivery charges depending on location. 🥰😘❤️. The most important thing is, the family approves this meal 👍🏻 confirm sedap. Too bad couldn't make Nasi Kerabu today. It's ok, nanti sia singgah kasi balik tray mo try tu 🤭

This is an English cover of "Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana" (The Only Flower in the World), a well-known song performed by Japanese boy band SMAP (founded in 1988 and disbanded just last year in 2016), with lyrics by singer-songwriter Noriyuki Makihara.

While I usually create my own translations, there was already a fantastic English version of this song by Hiromi De Young (YouTube linked below in the credits), and a great translation of the chorus by Nelson Babin-Coy (channel also linked). I used my favorite parts of each of these and made a few of my own changes.

I hope this song's message of acceptance and uniqueness reaches a larger audience through my cover.

*Note: As usual, most of the translation is very close to the original meaning, but the second pre-chorus (the verse starting with "I saw a small flower...") is actually quite different from the original. However, I loved these lyrics so much that I kept them :)

The original meaning of the verse in Japanese is:
I didn't even know his name
But he gave me a smile that day
Just like a flower that was blooming
In a place where nobody would notice it

今日は、昨年解散したSMAPの「世界に一つだけの花」を英語で歌ってみました♪

今回の英語詞はいつもと違って他人の訳詞を使わせていただきました。Hiromi De Youngによる素晴らしい英訳とNelson Babin-Coyによるサビ部分の素敵な英訳に、自分の変更を少し入れて歌わせていただきました。（お二人のYouTubeチャンネルへのリンクは下記のクレジットに記載しました。）

私のカバーを通じて、他人に対する寛容さと個性の大切さという、この曲のメッセージがより多くの人に伝わると嬉しいです。Enjoy!

※ちなみに、この英訳はいつものようにかなり原曲の歌詞に近いのですが、2番目のＢメロ（「I saw a small flower」から始まるところ）だけが原曲の意味とかなり離れています。それでも、ここの英語詞があまりにも素敵だったのでそのままにしました(^^)/
