✨Bông lan trứng muối (110k): Chắc từ giờ đổi qua ăn BLTM của tiệm này luôn quá các bác ơi huhuhu. Bánh mềm đúng gu, thêm sốt phô mai và số bơ khỏi chê luôn. Lần sau tui sẽ mạnh dạn order thêm sốt cho phê 😌.

One thing i missed the most during MCO would be the delicious delicacy of Vietnamese cuisine! Im seriously telling you that during my first visit to @rasa.viet , i got instantly hooked on the quality and authenticity of their food. It definitely deserves a highlight in my feed, and for starters, if you’ve always wanted to try the classic favorites from Vietnam, you can check out what i had while i was there;

🍲 Appetizer: Prawn Mango Salad
🍲 Roll: Fried Roll
🍲 Roll: Classic Summer Role
🍲 Main: Grilled Chicken Vermicelli
🍲 Main: Classic Beef Pho
🍲 Side: Lemongrass Chicken Skewer
🍮: Dessert: Caramel Pudding

This combi is the best to be served for 2 pax and i feel like they saved me a flight ticket for not needing to fly all the way to 🇻🇳 to get my cravings fixed. Highly recommended, and OMG if you ever stop by, be sure to try their Vietnamese Coffee ☕️ Just thinking about it makes me want it more 🤤 @ Rasa Viet - The Sphere Bangsar South

After touring the private onsen room and taking a soak, Max and I were ready for dinner. It started to get fishy when I called the front office for a menu, and they never brought it until I called again. But in the end we were able to order dinner. Dinner wasn't too bad! 500k VND (~$21 USD)/set, and the set was quite good. However, it really started going downhill when we ordered the "special" dessert... needless to say it was a ripoff. Here are some of my personal tips that helped me achieve the perfect souffle pancakes.

► Ingredients
2 large eggs
33g cake flour
1 tbsp milk or sweetened condensed milk (15ml)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp confectioner sugar (23g)
20g butter
More sweetened condensed milk or maple syrup for garnish
