常說用餐時最能體現男生的風度，拉座椅、幫忙倒水、拿餐具等，都能表現出男生的細心和照顧周到，而用餐時如果有一道蝦菜式，男生主動替另一半剝蝦殼，更是不可多得的加分位！用手剝蝦固然可以，如果能用餐具剝蝦，除了更加衛生，男生雙手亦不用擔心沾到蝦味，快來學習一下！

輕鬆剝蝦三步曲
1. 叉子叉著蝦身，用刀切去蝦頭。
2. 刀子在蝦殼第三節位置攝進去，沿蝦身繞圈推走蝦殼。
3. 叉子叉著已去殼的蝦肉，切去餘下的蝦腳，刀子按著蝦尾左右搖動，褪出餘下的蝦殼。

學會剝蝦大法，但也要留意另一半的體質是否適合吃蝦，蝦性溫，適合身體偏寒人士食用，例如手腳冰冷、怕冷人士；如果身體有偏熱症狀，例如喉嚨痛、生暗瘡、口瘡等就不宜多吃。而且蝦屬動風發物，容易透發或加重皮膚瘡瘍腫毒症狀，皮膚敏感、濕疹患者或容易出風癩者尤其不宜吃。

蝦 — 性溫，具補腎、壯陽及通乳作用，適合腎陽不足、怕冷、不育、腎虛引起的腰腳痿弱者食用。

Three simple steps to remove prawn shells:
1. Stick a fork into the prawn and use a knife to remove its head.
2. Stick the knife into the third segment of the prawn, and separate the shell from flesh in a circular motion.
3. Stick the fork into the flesh to remove the legs; Press and wiggle the lower half of the prawn down with the knife, then get rid of the rest of the shell.

Besides learning the methods to peel prawns, we should also consider whether prawns are suitable for our date. Prawns are warm in nature, they are suitable for individuals with a cold body condition, for instance, people with cold palms and feet or those with aversion to cold.

Individuals exhibiting heat-related symptoms, such as sore throat, acne and mouth sore should avoid eating prawns. Moreover, prawns are a type of wind-stimulating food, can easily aggravate skin problems. People with sensitive skin, eczema and hives in particular should avoid.

Prawn – warm in nature; can nourish the kidney, stimulate lactation, and is aphrodisiacal; it is suitable for men with infertility and impotence problems, as well as individuals with renal insufficiency and weak waist and legs.

2018年1月に結成した鉄道模型サークル『俺たちはいつも休日にNゲージを楽しんでいる』(通称:俺N)の運転会第3回目ということで、東京都北区王子にある「岸町ふれあい館」を借りて公開運転会を行いました！

鉄道模型サークル『俺N』のメンバーは、Asuka Nakano さん、bullet鉄道さん、有川フレイトさん、私の4名です。サークル名の由来は、活動日が土曜･日曜･祝日だからです(そのまんまです ﾟДﾟ)

前回の八王子の時よりも搬入は少し楽でしたが、今回は参加型ということで体験運転用のレイアウトもあり準備に時間が掛かってしまいました(^_^;) 線路の詳細な配置は当日に決めるというのもあまり良くなかったかもしれません。9時～11時(運転会終了は15時)までに準備を終わらす予定でしたが、結局11時30分くらいになってしまいました(^_^;)

公開運転会中もメンバー一同は終始ドタバタしてました(笑) 13時以降は展示専用のレイアウトも体験運転用レイアウトとして開放しましたが、通電不良やポイント不調などのトラブルもあり満足に走らせられなかった方も居たかと思います。ご迷惑をおかけしましたm(_ _)m
それでも今回は前回よりも多くの方に来て頂くことが出来、非常に嬉しかったです！鉄道関連の話もたくさん出来たので素晴らしい1日になりました(^^♪ ご来場いただいた皆さんありがとうございました!!! m(_ _)m

今回の改善点を踏まえ、来年第4回目の俺Ｎ公開運転会も開催出来たらなと思います(^^) メンバーの皆さんもお疲れ様でしたm(_ _)m

The Little Red Hen
The Little Red Hen is an old folk tale of the fable type, most likely of Russian origin.[citation needed] The story is applied in teaching children the virtues of work ethic and personal initiative.

In the tale, the little red hen finds a grain of wheat and asks for help from the other farmyard animals (most adaptations feature three animals, a pig, a cat, and a rat, duck, goose, dog, or goat[1]) to plant it, but they all refuse.

At each later stage (harvest, threshing, milling the wheat into flour, and baking the flour into corn bread), the hen again asks for help from the other animals, but again she doesn't receive any help.

Finally, the hen has completed her task and asks who will help her eat the corn bread. This time, all the previous non-participants eagerly volunteer, but she disagrees with them, stating that no one helped her with her work. Thus, the hen eats it with her chicks, leaving none for anyone else.
