又係朱古力推介～ 🇬🇧 Charbonnel et Walker
Charbonnel et Walker 英國朱古力品牌起源於1875年，以手工製松露朱古力而聞名。聽聞榮獲英女皇伊莉沙白二世的英國皇家認證嘅朱古力。
今次我同樣係Selfridges UK 網購回來（購入價 HK$135)。而我選擇了whisky口味 🥃。黑朱古力可可含量有70%，口感好rich 好creamy，配合濃濃蘇格蘭威士忌松露，真係醇厚甘香。飯後食一粒配上一杯熱咖啡，真係好幸福 💞

我和友人談bitcoin談八卦談了3小時，喝了其中幾款：
🇹🇼Taiwan代表：Mum's Old Fashioned
用台灣的驕傲 Kavalan Whisky 噶瑪蘭威士忌，加入King's Ginger Liqueur 及調酒師自家製作的薑茶糖水，成為一杯感覺「養生」的雞尾酒。還有薑餅先生帶來驚喜！
🇯🇵Japan代表：Jan Ken Pon
名字是「包剪揼」的日文 じゃんけんぽん，和風茶杯入面的綠色雞尾酒看來像海帶湯！甜甜的味道由 house blend rum, Vanilla Syrup 及 Red Bean Liqueur 組成，再加 Matcha 及芝麻，就像瞬間到「京都」
🇬🇧United Kingdom代表：Hail Mary (milk-washed)
初入行做記者，第一次出差坐英航到德國經倫敦轉機（那年頭用BNO去歐洲要申請「神根簽證」），機上80%英國人都向空姐點 Bloody Mary，我印象中就將英國人與 Bloody Mary 劃了等號。這杯 Hail Mary 用了自家 Mary Mix 與 Lobster Fat-washed Vodka，看成份已想像到是鹹鹹地，好適合仍會大量流汗的9月份，好好補充體內電解質
🇻🇳Vietnam代表：COCO Ca Phe
越南令你一秒聯想到什麼？Pho？咖啡？老實說我已不能再喝極深焙及超長萃取的越南滴漏咖啡，會頭痛；不過這一杯有例外，因為用到自家 Spice Tea Vodka 加 Espresso Liqueur，再加Espresso及Cinnamon Coconut Ice，味道像椰子雪糕Affogato雞尾酒版本，甜蜜奶香與咖啡酒味很搭

友人加點了幾款由資深主廚Lee Adams設計的高質美食：
石烤黑松露芝士薄餅、鴨肝牛肉漢堡、四川風味薯條、烤越南虎蝦、香辣雞翼棒、牛油果味噌蛋黃醬三文治
我最喜歡吃烤越南虎蝦及四川風味薯條，簡直是停不了口
