So how do you move on?
1. Be honest with yourself.
Allow yourself to be disgusted with the person for treating you the way they have. Cry! Trust me, you will cry A LOT! Don't blame yourself. You've been through enough pain already & you're probably feeling exhausted.
2. Prepare yourself to go through a transition period.
You probably won't eat or sleep much. You may take time off to deal with things. Just ride with it & be patient.
3. If you've decided to move on, then be firm about it.
Stop contacting them COMPLETELY. Cut them off. Do not enable them to contact you again. Block them out of your life if you have to. Do what you have to do.
4. Don't worry about their feelings.
Think about how long they've overlooked your feelings. It's when we consider their feelings that we continue to doubt ourselves. If you find yourself worrying about someone who is hurting you, stop yourself right there & tell yourself that you deserve better than your current circumstances. Trust in Allah to lead you to a better reality. It might mean sitting in pain for some time, but it will be worth it.
5. Don't try to replace the person.
Some say the fastest way to get over someone is to find someone new. This is not the case when you're recovering from a toxic relationship. Unfortunately you are very vulnerable & the chances of you attracting another toxic person in your life is extremely high. Don't worry about other people for now. Learn to love yourself first!
6. Accept that your time was wasted and the relationship wasn't real.
Realise, no matter what they said, the relationship wasn't real. If it was, you wouldn't be going through this.
7. Detox yourself as much as possible.
Delete any photos, messages, any memory of that person. Delete their phone number. Delete their email. Throw away everything that reminds you of them. They don't spark you joy, so Marie Kondo them out of your life!
8. Lean on people around you for support.
Spend time with people who want the best for you. Their love & encouragement will help you boost your self confidence.
9. Quit asking yourself why.
Everything happens for a reason, just say Alhamdulillah & trust in His plans.

35 Weeks Pregnant and I’m clearing out a lot of things that I really don’t need. Some new some old things but it’s better to let it and or give it to someone who needs it more than me. I’m happy my sisters came to help and take a lot of the stuff. Made me realized I was a major hoarder and I collect so many items that are unnecessary for the time being. I always buy things to prepare for future music videos but I guess I can just do it when the time is right instead of stocking up abs crowding my house. Lesson learned. Only get what you need!
