To wrap up another amazing season of KBS Fit & Active bersama KBSMalaysia, we are hosting a virtual 12-hour Zoom Dance Marathon fundraising event which is open to EVERYONE.
Join an amazing lineup of Malaysia’s best fitness dance instructors who will be dancing with you whilst raising funds for our foundation, Pertubuhan Pencegahan Obesiti Dewasa dan Kanak-kanak, which focuses on combating childhood obesity and inactivity among the Malaysia school communities.
12-Hour Dance Marathon Schedule
Our 12-hour dance starts at 9am on the 13th August 2021 and is accessible via Zoom Link for everyone.

大家晚安!吉娜英文的頻道有重大改變了,想要知道為什麼,要看影片喔。今天課程的主題是【會議還要開多久才會結束】How long until the meeting is over? 英文有四個說法來表達這個意思,你會第幾種方式呢?這個句子最特別的地方是 until 的使用,有一種要到什麼時候的感覺,until (直到~)。
第01個例句:
A: How long until the meeting is over? I need to contact a client.
B: I think we will have about an hour left.
A: 會議還要多久才會結束?我要打電話聯絡客戶。
B: 我想還要一個小時。
第02個例句:
A: How long until this meeting finishes? I gotta get going.
B: I'm not sure. I think we're about halfway through.
A: 會議還要多久才會結束?我必須先離開。
B: 我不確定。我想我們大概開會到一半。
講解:is over (較口語) / finishes (比較正式一點)
第03個例句:
A: How long until this meeting wraps? I've got somewhere to be soon.
B: The boss said it will be another 20 minutes or so.
A: 會議還要多久可以早點結束?我必須趕去一個地方。
B: 老闆說大概二十分鐘左右。
講解:wrap 在這裡的用法是強調會議能否早點結束
第04個例句:
A: How long until we wrap up? I really need to make a phone call.
B: We're almost done. We'll be out soon.
A: 會議還要多久我們可以走人?我真的需要打一通電話。
B: 我們快要好了。我們很快就可以出去了。

To all the vegans out there, I'm sure you must have had at least one person asking you "Where do you get your protein from?" or saying "You're NOT consuming enough protein!". I’m sure you’ll agree that this is NOT true.
There are lots of high protein plant-based food such as nuts and seeds, tempeh, tofu, soy, legumes, beans, quinoa, oatmeal, spinach and more. I've put together a high protein plant-based meal plan. Watch it and make them!
Your protein intake will vary depending on your activity level. But the general recommendation is 1g of protein per 1kg of body weight. For instance my body weight is 50kgs, so my daily protein intake should be around 50g. But because I’m active, I’ll up my protein intake to about 60 - 70g.

All these recipes can be prep ahead and you can keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add two ¼ cup servings of trail mix as your snacks and you’ll be meeting your daily protein requirements of 70g protein and about 1700Cals.

I got a chance to meet up with Akari of aNcari Room. Akari is a Japanese girl who moved to Vietnam one year ago to learn Vietnamese after meeting a Vietnamese student in Japan who would later become her best friend. Then the next morning we went to the Fisherman's Wharf for some seafood and the Chinese Fortune Cookie Factory.
