到我去新開嘅Hotel Morpheus打咭啦！著名建築師Zaha Hadid由2012年接呢個project到今年6月中正式開幕，感覺好特別，有別一般嘅澳門酒店，充滿幾何線條嘅首個free form建築，她雖已離世，但精神尤在！好藝術咁演繹8字，仲試咗Alain Ducasse開嘅Voyages （casual dining)，因為Alain Ducasse只開夜晚，叫咗杯葡萄牙紅酒去襯法式烤鴨胸，好有趣嘅Voyages, 加入日本元素， 玩味十足，同酒店設計互相輝映！😍🍷👍🏻
My turn to check in at Hotel Morpheus! It’s designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. She took this project in 2012 and it’s opened in mid-June this year. Although she has passed away, u can still feel her style here, it’s so different from other Hotels in Macau. The geometric free form architecture is so stunning & she has interpreted “8” in a very artistic way. I tried Voyages by Alain Ducasse (casual dining), as his main restaurant only opens at night. I had a glass of Portuguese red wine to pair with duck breast. The menu is very interesting with many Japanese influence. It’s quite fun, which matched with the concept of the hotel! 😍🍷👍🏻
