AYAM MASAK THAI
Bahan Ayam:
10 ketul bahagian ayam
garam
serbuk kunyit
Bahan Kuah:
½ biji bawang besar/holland (potong bulat)
1 batang serai dititik
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos cili
Perasa ayam
Daun limau purut
1/2 sudu teh Garam
1 sudu besar Gula
1 cawan air
Minyak
Bahan Kisar:
1 biji bawang besar/3 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
5 biji cili merah
2 biji cili api
1 cawan air
* untuk lebih pedas boleh tambah 3biji cili hijau.
Cara memasak:
1) Masukkan garam dan kunyit ke dalam mangkuk. Goreng ayam jangan garing.
2) Tumis serai yg dititik sampai naik bau. Kemudian masukkan hirisan bawang dengan daun limau purut. Tumis sampai garing.
2) Setelah garing masukkan bahan yang sudah dikisar. Kemudian masukkan sos tiram, sos cili, air dan perasa ayam. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

THAI-STYLE CHICKEN
Ingredients for chicken:
10 pieces of chicken part
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
Ingredients for gravy:
½ onion (cut into a rounder shape)
1 lemongrass (tapped)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
chicken stock
lime leaves
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup of water
oil
Ground ingredients:
1 onion/ 3 red onions
5 cloves of garlics
5 red chillies
2 bird’s eye chillies
1 cup of water
*to make it more spicier, you can add on 3 green chillies.
Cooking methods:
1) put salt and turmeric powder into a bowl. Fry the chicken but make sure not too crispy.
2) sautee the tapped lemongrass till fragrant. Then, pour in sliced onions together with keylimes. Sautee till crisp.
3) once crispy, pour in the grounded ingredients. Then, pour in oyster sauce, chilli sauce, water and chicken stock. Ready to serve.
