我地Research Team 同事今日做開源網絡情報時，發現Shodan 入面有 524隻香港既IP Camera，係可以睇到實時既相片。
我地係依一刻未知係因為設定上出錯定出現漏動，我地都將依件事通知左廠方。
大家要注意地方：
1) 要更改裝置密碼
2) RTSP 要啓用認證
3) 保持Firmware 韌體更新

【母親節看到這個募資產品特別有感XD】
看到這個嘖嘖上十分熱門的募資提案，忍不住點進去看看。老實說Baby Monitor在美國已經不算是個新議題，Amazon上琳瑯滿目的視訊監視器，價格從台幣一千多到三萬塊都有。
以Cubo目前所推出的服務，包括自動拍照、哭聲提醒、雙向語音等等，和其他美國廠商如 lollipop 或 iBaby 相比並沒有看到特別的創新，有些產品還能放音樂或直接自動製作成gif檔輸出。可以說Cubo無論定價策略還功能都和美國市面上產品大同小異。
Baby Camera這東西基本上就是監視器，只是變成有易用的UI介面跟一些附加功能的監視器。台灣的監視器廠商很多都是原先的安控廠商、從保全系統轉過來的，做的都是很基本的監視功能，UI也很傳統，那些自動追蹤、拍照的功能根本沒開發，因為他們的重點是耐用、穩定、而且可以大量部署。
這種Smart Family產品明明是IoT議題上最重要的一片拼圖，結果在台灣最能買的還是只有小米出的小蟻和小方。個人覺得小米當初用破盤價賣手機、順帶賣其他搭載MIUI系統的智慧家居3C產品的這個概念其實還蠻強的，手機只是載具、殺價賣沒關係，重點是賣後面一整套軟體服務和居家用品。
看看Google、Amazon、Apple、Microsoft現在都紛紛在推智慧音箱了，明明監視器這種可以把全家聲音影像都錄下來的產品有更多可以發揮的空間，結果台灣搞硬體代工的還是沒人開發後面的系統與服務。如果我是大廠知道這個會賣，絕對會趕快找工程師來趕快抄，目前在台灣還是利基市場。
而且其他智慧家庭用品幾乎都沒有針對中文使用者的功能，仍需使用美國Store下載的APP，且只能以英文互動，所以小米現在在香港募資要IPO，我覺得還蠻看好的啊，只有他做中文客群的智慧家庭產品又做得不錯且價格實惠。
另外，掛上「嬰幼兒安全」用的產品比起其他東西又更加好賣，比起寶寶出了什麼事情我沒發現，定價五千塊、一萬塊？超值！做產品找TA是最重要的一塊阿，定義TA後才能行銷、知道人家最軟的一塊肉是什麼給他狠狠地踩下去。平平都是在Monitor，一般監視器就賣不到Baby Camera加了一些寶寶屬性的價格。
