Bahan-Bahan
200 gm tepung gandum
125 gm mentega
1 sk tepung jagung
1 sk serbuk penaik
1 biji telur
40 gm gula perang
1 sk esen vanila
Garam
Badam cincang
Nutella
Cara memasak
1. Pukul mentega dan telur sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan gula perang dan pukul lagi sehingga warna bertukar sedikit pucat.
3. Masukkan pula esen vanila, gaulkan sebati.
4. Masukkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung, serbuk penaik dan sedikit garam, gaulkan seketika.
5. Ulikan adunan sehingga tiada adunan melekat pada tangan. Sekiranya adunan lembik, tambahkan tepung gandum sedikit.
6. Bulatkan sedikit adunan dan picitkan di bahagian tengah.
7. Gulingkan pod dalam badam cincang dan susunkannya atas baking tray.
8. Paipkan Nutella di bahagian tengah pod.
9. Bakar pod pada suhu 150°C selama 20 minit.
10. Nutella pod bersalut badam siap untuk dinikmati.

Ingredients
200 gm of all-purpose flour
125 gm of butter
1 tsp of corn starch
1 tsp of baking powder
1 nos egg
40 gm of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Salt
Almond nibs
Nutella
Cooking methods
1. Beat butter and egg together until well-combined.
2. Add brown sugar and continue to beat until the color turns pale.
3. Add vanilla essence, mix them well.
4. Add all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder and bit of salt, mix for a while.
5. Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to hands. If dough is sticky, add some flour.
6. Round the dough and make an indentation in the middle using your index finger.
7. Dab pod to almond nibs and place it onto baking tray.
8. Pipe Nutella in the middle of the pod.
9. Bake pod at 150°C for 20 minutes.
10. Almond Nutella pod is ready to be enjoyed.
