Resepi Kek Pisang Cip Coklat | Banana Cake With Chocolate Chips Recipe

Bahan-bahan (Kek Pisang)
3 biji pisang
1 cwn gula kastor
1 cwn minyak
4 biji telur
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 sb esen vanila
1/2 cwn cip coklat
1 sk garam
2 cwn tepung gandum
Cara memasak (Kek Pisang)
1. Pukul pisang menggunakan mixer sehingga lumat. Kemudian, masukkan gula kastor, minyak dan telur. Pukul adunan tersebut sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung yang diayak bersama serbuk penaik dan gaul sebati menggunakan spatula.
3. Masukkan esen vanila dan garam. Gaul sebati.
4. Sediakan loyang beralaskan kertas minyak dan tuangkan adunan kek 3/4 daripada loyang.
5. Taburkan cip coklat ke atas adunan tersebut dan bakar pada suhu 170°c selama 1 jam.
Nota: Kurangkan suhu pada 150°c sekiranya lapisan kek menjadi keperang-perangan.

Ingredients (Banana Cake)
3 bananas
1 cup of castor sugar
1 cup of oil
4 nos eggs
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp of salt
2 cups of wheat flour
Cooking methods (Banana Cake)
1. Mash bananas using a mixer until smooth. Then, add in castor sugar, oil and eggs. Beat the mixture until fluffy.
2. Sift flour and baking powder altogether and mix well using a spatula.
3. Add in vanilla essence and salt. Mix well.
4. Prepare a bread loaf mold lined with parchment paper and pour in cake batter to 3/4 of the mold.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over it and bake at 170°c for 1 hour.
Note: Reduce to 150°c if the top of the cake turns brown.

1 cwn mentega
1 cwn gula kastor
1 cwn gula perang
2 biji telur
2 sk esen vanila
3 cwn tepung gandum
1 1/4 sk soda penaik
2 cwn cip coklat
1 cwn kacang badam cincang
Nota: Tambahkan 1/2 sk garam sekiranya menggunakan mentega tanpa garam.
Cara memasak
1. Bakar kacang badam pada suhu 160°C selama 5 minit atau sehingga warnanya bertukar coklat keperangan.
2. Ayakkan tepung gandum dan soda penaik ke dalam satu mangkuk.
3. Gunakan pengadun untuk pukul mentega, gula kastor dan gula perang sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan pula telur satu persatu dan gaul sebati.
5. Tambahkan esen vanila bagi menaikkan bau adunan biskut.
6. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah diayak tadi sedikit demi sedikit dan gaulkannya sehingga sebati.
7. Tambahkan cip coklat dan kacang badam yang telah dibakar, seterusnya gaulkan sebati juga.
8. Sediakan dulang yang telah disapukan mentega dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak.
9. Kaupkan doh biskut dan letakkan di atas dulang yang telah disediakan tadi. Pastikan ada jarak antara biskut kerana ia akan mengembang ketika dibakar.
10. Bakar biskut pada suhu 160°C selama 20 minit atau sehingga biskut bertukar keperangan.
11. Setelah selesai dan dibiarkan sejuk seketika, biskut cip coklat sedia untuk dihidangkan.

1 cup of brown sugar
2 nos egg
2 tsp of vanilla essence
3 cup of all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp of baking soda
2 cups of chocolate chip
1 cup of almond nib
Note: Add 1/2 tsp of salt if you use unsalted butter.
Cooking methods
1. Bake almond nib at 160°C for 5 minutes or until the color turns golden brown.
2. Sift all-purpose flour and baking soda into a bowl.
3. By using mixer, beat the butter, castor sugar and brown sugar until well mixed.
4. Add eggs gradually and mix well.
5. Add vanilla essence to enhance the smell of the biscuits.
6. Add the mixture little by little and mix it thoroughly.
7. Add chocolate chip and baked almond nib, mix them well.
8. Prepare baking tray that has been greased with butter and put parchment paper on top of it.
9. Portion biscuits dough on baking tray that has been prepared. Make sure there's a gap between biscuits as the they will expand when baked.
10. Bake the biscuits at 160°C for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
11. Once everything has been done and let to chill, the chocolate chip cookies are ready to be served.
