Hello Taipei! 🥰 Attended Highland Park Scotch Single Malt Whisky’s worldwide launch party of Valfather, one of the 3 parts series of Viking Legend Series, it’s first launch is in Taiwan! A very outstanding experience joining 3 different hunters’ games, u gotta play the hunter’s game & get the stamps including Valkerie’s Blessing, Earning the Valknut & God of Wisdom. Met Gordon Motion, the master distiller of Highland Park as well as the bottle designer Jim Lyngvild. It’s the more peated version among the series, with smoky & dried flowers notes as well as spices, apple, almond, honey and more. It’s very balanced. 🥃🥳 it’s a very unusual experience to take a photo with real eagle and me holding it!!!

參加咗蘇格蘭單一麥芽威士忌Highland Park Whisky x Bonhams (Hong Kong) Ltd拍賣會嘅Highland Park 威士忌拍賣預展，率先欣賞即將會係聽日拍賣嘅Highland Park 威士忌，包括Highland Park 推出嘅50年單一麥芽威士忌，限量發售僅274瓶，每瓶均有單獨編號，並由首席釀酒師Max McFarlane親筆簽名，估價約港幣$200,000 - $260,000。另外仲有其他陳年Highland Park 威士忌拍賣，包括King Christian I、1956年（20年）、Silver Jubilee 1952年（25年）等，仲即場試咗5款罕有威士忌，包括Thor、1967年、30年、香港單桶版及60年代嘅8年。由蘇格蘭飲到返香港！超開心！有興趣競投嘅朋友記得參加明天8月16日拍賣日：https://www.bonhams.com ！
Attended Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky x Bonhams Auctiion House HK’s preview viewing the auctioned items including the Highland Park 50 year old single malt whisky with 274 limited bottles & signed by master distiller Max McFarlane. The estimated price is HK$200,000-$260,000. There r other rare Highland Park whiskies for auction, including King Christian I, 1956（20yo）、Silver Jubilee 1952（25yo）& more. I also tasted 5 rare drams at the preview, including Thor, 1967, 30 year old, HK single cask edition & 8 year old from 60s. Sipping rare whiskies from Scotland all the way back to HK! I’m so blessed! 【Glencadam 格蘭卡登】

Highland最早期建廠的品牌之一，來自Angus的Moorans泉水，15度仰角林恩臂，基本以波本桶熟成，曾經是百齡罈的基酒，2003後經營權易主。

細緻多元而不張揚，酒款普遍平衡感做的很好，10yo物超所值。15yo的喉韻迷人。18yo波本風味十分老派穩重。
