I’m not really one to take selfies;
But with pearly whites like these, why not right? 😬
So I recently started using iWhite toothpaste which has charcoal in it:
And as it turns out, charcoal does give you whiter teeth because it removes toxins and eliminates bad breath, leaving you with a brighter smile 😄

So you don’t actually need to brush your teeth with charcoal, just charcoal toothpaste will do!

Honestly, I am a HUGE fan of tea, red wine, and almost everything that will STAIN my teeth 🙂 As much as I know they are not good in keeping my teeth pearly white, I can't avoid my favorite food and drinks... 😩 It's a huge bummer because having a great smile is extremely important to me since it keeps me presentable for events & pictures...
Tried out iWhite toothpaste & mouthwash recently as it helps with giving me a brighter smile~ I've always been steering away from some teeth whitening products since my teeth is very sensitive & I am surprised iWhite products didn't trigger that problem for me 😁
