材料:
漢堡扒:免治牛肉 100g,洋蔥碎 1 tbsp,鹽 適量,胡椒粉 適量
火腿片 2,方包 3,蜂蜜芥末醬,車打芝士 2,士多啤梨醬,雞蛋,麵包糠,番茜
做法:
1. 將免治牛肉,洋蔥碎,鹽,胡椒粉搓勻
2. 煎漢堡扒和火腿片
3. 在方包上按次序加上蜂蜜芥末醬,火腿片,車打芝士,士多啤梨醬,方包,蜂蜜芥末醬,車打芝士,漢堡扒,士多啤梨醬,方包,切邊
4.沾上蛋液,麵包糠,油炸至金黃色
5. 最後灑上番茜

1 Slice Sandwich Bread, 1 Tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce, 2 Slice Sliced Ham, 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese, 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
1 Slice Sandwich Bread, 1 Tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce, 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese, Beef Patty, 1 Tbsp Strawbery Jam, 1 Slice Sandwich Bread
Blended Egg, Bread Crumbs

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Knead 100g grounded beef with 1 Tbsp minced onion, 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch pepper.
2. Cook kneaded beef on the pan. Add 2 slices of sliced ham to a pan and cook simultaneously with the patty.
3. Add 1 Tbsp honey mustard sauce, 2 slices of baked sliced ham, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 Tbsp strawberry jam on a slice of sandwich bread in this order.
Add 1 slice of sandwich bread, 1 Tbsp honey mustard sauce, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, beef patty, 1 Tbsp strawberry jam and 1 slice of sandwich bread on top of the previous stack. Cut out the crusts.
4. Coat it with egg and roll it over breadcrumbs.
5. Fry it in pre-heated oil until brown.
6. Garnish with parsley
