「課程開始前一直很期待上課，在報名前我已經觀望Rouya老師的IG將近2年了，因為不確定是否能夠學會、學費對我來說也不是一筆小數目，身邊的人更是不支持，覺得溝通是騙人的等等問題。
就這樣我想了2年，在疫情展開線上班後的這個階段，突然一股強大的意念讓我毅然決然決定就是要學！儘管這時候用錢緊張，我還是覺得我不會後悔，現在想想，這或許是高我在告訴我趁這個機會趕快學吧，這是一個很好的時候XD
課程真的超級值得！我覺得不管最終有沒有達成初衷-學會溝通，都是一堂非常棒的課程！我最大的收穫是療癒了自己，在成長過程中因為家庭因素，我很小就很懂事了(幼稚園大班)，父母也在我國小離異，這過程中當然有非常多的壓抑以及不愉快！想想還那麼小就為了體貼父母我到底壓抑了自己多久？所以這堂課真的深深的療癒了我很多，再次感謝Rouya給我們這一趟美好的心靈之旅♥️
課程後，在生活中，我很明顯感覺到，我的生活步調放鬆了很多，不是懈怠、不是做的事少了，是少了緊張和壓力！(壓力持續有，但他不會停留在我身上)，這感覺真的很好🤤🤤
