I believe this was actually my worse episode yet. I have been drinking for four days straight and not getting enough sleep. This triggered me so much as I thought, I was just having fun, but I was not. I knew I was not. I surrounded myself with wrong people, and I could know instantly that it was toxic and unhealthy.

This was the day 1 when I decided to never back down and document my mental health journey.
I am already in Boracay Island and I thought it was going to be easy, but because of "UFC GYM Singapore", "Thai Kum Foon of Kuok Singapore" and "Michael Lim of Orangetee & Tie", I am having so many of triggers and I felt like I was going to explode.

There are a lot of people like me who are triggered by some people. If we start documenting our journey and tell our story, not tolerate how people do their business, we will soon live a life full of justice and kindness.
