1.EDC和NHS是活化COOH基用的，EDC先和COOH基反應，然後再由NHS和這個基團反應，
最後變成 R-C=O -NHS的反應基團，接下來就可以和帶有 R2-NH2的基團反應，變更
穩定的 R-C=O -NH -R2 鍵結
