【相信實力 不信運氣】
即使曾經歷不同行業，Ruby都可以發展順利：非新聞系出身的她，很快便晉升首席主播；從事金融業更有「輪后」稱號，還為一些媒體寫財經分析。對於這專業女士來說，任何行業都有它所屬的挑戰性，若要妥善完成任何業務，靠的不能只是努力：「不要空想靠運氣。首先要做好計劃，大至部門方向、小至單一任務，都要有目標地完成。第二時間管理都要顧及，以免浪費寶貴時間。工作上要實行斷捨離，將專注力放在關鍵的事上。最後必須了解及相信自己實力，加入新行業時，如果明知自己欠缺某種新知識新技能，就主動去學，任何時候都要對自己有信心。」

【Believe In Strength But Not In Luck】
Ruby has proven she can perform well in different careers throughout these years: The smart lady was promoted to a Chief anchor soon without a Journalism degree; While working in Finance field, she was named “Queen of Warrant” and wrote financial news analysis for several medium. In terms of this professional women’s opinion, every industry has its own challenges, so hardworking is not the only merit to finish any tasks properly “Don’t rely on luck. First, you need to have a precise plan that helps your works meet the target, no matter the work size is as big as the development direction of the departments or is as small as single tasks. Second, time management is crucial to guard your precious time. You have to get rid the unnecessary and redundant stuff and focus on the essential works. Finally, you must recognize and believe your strength. If you find out lacking of some knowledges or skills while joining the new career, you should take the initiative to learn and have confidence in yourself at all time.”
