「我在減肥,我中午要少吃」的英文怎麼說?
前幾天請大家票選想要上課的主題,
比數真的非常接近,最後以
(2) Yummy - Your Soul Food和(5) All About Your Country勝出!
(沒選到的同學們也別失落呀~可以自己使用Tutoring找老師聊對吧?)
於是今天馬上找了老師來上課囉!
因為app本身有提供上課素材,所以基本上整堂課毫無冷場和空檔,
和老師嘰哩呱啦的一直聊,
老師還很訝異我邊上課還邊做筆記覺得我很認真,
當然啊!就算是早就會的內容我還是有做筆記的習慣,
因為複習真的很重要,
我個人覺得,若在1秒內沒有浮現腦海的字或用法,都被我歸納到「不熟」的單字區。
我稍微整理出今天和老師用到的詞彙:
(先給中文,大家可以自己想想要怎麼表達,然後再看今天我們是怎麼說的。注意,我們的講法並不是唯一的標準答案喔,若有其他覺得好的說法也歡迎留言讓大家知道唷!)
1. 我今天晚上要吃大餐,所以中午很快吃一吃就好。
2. 我在減肥,我中午要少吃。
3. 我早餐吃太飽,所以午餐吃一點點就好。
4. 下午茶時間到了!大家休息一下吧!
5. 我食量很小。
6. 我食量很大。
1. I’m going to have a big meal tonight, so I’ll just have a quick bite.
2. I’m on a diet. I need to have a small portion for lunch.
3. I had a big breakfast, so I’ll just have something light for lunch (have a light lunch).
4. It’s afternoon tea time! Let’s take a break!
5. I eat small portions. / I’m a light eater.
6. I eat big portions. / I’m a heavy eater.
其實我們聊到第三題時就整個岔開話題了,哈哈!
因為老師還滿好聊的,而且我自己其實也針對一些用法一直在問問題、請老師糾正我。
這就是上這種一對一口說課要有的態度囉,
有上課素材是好的,但也別忘了自主學習,
不要覺得一定要把課文都上完而自己的疑惑都沒有解決,
一定要記得,可以自己掌握學習節奏才是最好的學習喔!

Cooking fried rice in a rice cooker is a game-changer for many because this means you neither have to cook rice way in advance nor wash multiple pots. Super awesome and convenient in my opinion.
You can also use multi cooker or instant pot to make this dish too. Try it.

Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

5 cloves of chopped garlic
2 cups of uncooked rice
2 cups of chicken stock
150g of prawns
3 small eggs
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
4 stalks of chopped spring onion

If you don't have a rice cup, 1 rice cup has 142ml of water and 1 rice cup has 150g of rice.
If you don't have chicken stock on hand, use 1 chicken bouillon cube with 284ml (2 rice cups) of water.
If you are using concentrated chicken stock, use 2 teaspoons of it with 284ml (2 rice cups) of water.

1. choose small and firm instead of big and soft
2. cut off blossom ends of a cucumber
3. pour over salty "boiling water" for soaking
4. drain the water out properly
✅ YOU WILL NEED:
4 cucumbers
1/2 small onion
1/5 carrot
20g chive
4 tablespoons Korean chili powder (고추가루 guchu garu)
2 tablespoons of fish sauce (멸치액젓 myulchi aekjeot )
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1.5 tablespoons green plum syrup (매실청 Maesil chung)
*if not available, use '2 tablespoons of grated apple + 1 teaspoon sugar',
