主要內容：
香港私家車數量日增，道路已超出路面及環境負荷。交通引致的空氣污染，令香港人長期活在臭氧煙霧 (ozone smog)，影響健康。但政府選用過時已久的空氣監測指標，令民間不以為意。
另外，政府在《香港2030+》計劃在新界北和東大嶼興建兩個策略性發展區，不但延長道路網，更鼓勵市民選擇私家車出勤。根據健康空間行動的發現，船舶引致的污染物長期籠罩青衣至中環一帶，也跟部分東大嶼發展區重疊，新發展區的公路系統會否加劇香港污染質素，確實值得商討。
政府在《香港2030+》中提出發展集約、宜居及抗禦力城市，為何在交通運輸政策上卻停留在「以鐵路為骨幹」的運輸想像，沒有減車政策？市區經常出現人車爭路，也難以擴闊路面，空氣污染濃度增加，何不採取單車友善的規劃方案？

The number of private cars in Hong Kong has increased. The flows of traffic have already exceeded the maximum loading of roads and environment. Ozone smog, a type of air pollution, affects the health of citizens.
However, the selected air monitoring indicators by the government is outdated and has not been revised for a prolonged period.
The Government plans to build two strategic development areas in New Territories North and East Lantau under the "Hong Kong 2030+" Planning Vision and Strategy. But she does not mention a policy of vehicle deduction.
According to the findings of the Clean Air Network (CAN), the exhaust gases from ships in the areas from Tsing Yi to Central quite overlapping to the new development area. The air quality is probably exacerbated.
While the government addresses a vision of building Hong Kong to be the compact, livable and resilient city, why does she stay in the " railway as the backbone of our passenger transport system" without another policy imagination to solve the urban traffic problem. Building a bike-friendly city can be one of the proposals to tackle air pollution.
