滷水鵪鶉蛋~~送飯好好食!
材料:
魚板 1,蔥 1/2,生抽 25g,糖漿 10g,水 100ml,鵪鶉蛋 8,蔥
做法:
1. 將魚板,蔥切成小件
2. 將生抽,糖漿,水拌勻
3. 加入魚板,鵪鶉蛋,蔥,微波爐叮3分鐘

鯷魚高湯 400ml,砂糖 1 tbsp,粟米糖漿 3 tbsp,豉油 1 tbsp,蠔油 1/2 tbsp,辣椒粉 2 tbsp,辣椒醬 1.5 tbsp,年糕 200g,魚蛋 8,雞尾腸 10,鵪鶉蛋 6,蔥 適量,水牛芝士 適量,雞蛋 1/2,紫菜卷,即食麵
做法:
1. 將鯷魚高湯,砂糖,粟米糖漿,豉油,蠔油,辣椒粉,辣椒醬煮滾
2. 加入年糕,魚蛋,雞尾腸,鵪鶉蛋
3. 最後加入蔥,水牛芝士,熟雞蛋
4. 可配以紫菜卷,即食麵享用

▪ INGREDIENTS:
-Soup: 400ml Anchovy Broth, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1.5 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste
-Base: 200g Joraengi Rice Cake, 8 Fish Cake Ball, 10 Small Wiener Sausages, 6 Quail Egg, 1 Handful Sliced Scallions, 1 Handful Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 Boiled Egg
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil 400ml of anchovy broth with 1 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp corn syrup, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 2 Tbsp red pepper powder and 1.5 Tbsp red pepper paste in an earthen pot. When the broth starts to boil, add 200g of joraengi rice cake. Add 8 fish cake balls, 10 small wiener sausages, 6 quail eggs and 1 handful of sliced scallions to boil.
2. Add 1 handful of melted mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of boiled egg to complete the dish.

INGREDIENTS
A. For the stock/ broth
15 gram/ 1.5 Tbsp dried shrimps or dried anchovies
2 sheets dried kelp (Kombu/ Dasima) - palm sized
10 gram/ 3 cloves garlic
10 gram/ 5 slices ginger
30 gram (about 1/3) onion - cut into chunks
600 ml / 2-1/2 cup hot water
B. For the rice cake
180 gram / 6.5 oz. Korean rice cakes - fresh, dried or frozen
100 gram / 3.5 oz. fish cake - optional
8 quail eggs or 1 egg - hard boiled and shelled
2 spring onions
1 Tbsp Korean red pepper paste Gochujang
1 ~ 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
0.5 - 1 Tbsp. Korean chilli flakes - to taste - optional
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Toasted sesame seeds
If using frozen rice cakes, thaw and soak in cold water for at least 2 hours
