In all honesty, obstacle courses have always been my Achilles heel. I’ve never passed my SOC during BMT either. So today’s Downtown Challenge at @downtowngallery is actually quite a challenge for me.
My weight loss meant it was easier to manoeuvre around obstacles with lesser weight. But I took two weeks to prep myself to build strength that I’ve lost from certain injuries.
