RED VELVET LAYER:
250g Butter/牛油
5 Grade A Eggs/鸡蛋
235g Flour*/面粉
2-3 tbsp Cocoa* (* sift together)/可可粉
175g Caster Sugar/糖
150g Condensed Milk/炼奶
1 cup (135g) Mixed Berries Yogurt/mixed berries 酸奶
1 tsp Ovallette / 乳化剂
Red Coloring /红色素
CHEESE LAYER:
500g Cream Cheese /奶油奶酪
3 Grade A Eggs/鸡蛋
120g Caster Sugar /糖粉
1 tsp Vanilla Essence/香草精
METHOD:
1. Red Velvet:
Beat butter & sugar until fluffy.

Add in ovallette, egg one by one while continue beating until smooth.

Add in condensed milk & mix well.
加入炼奶
Add in flour mixture* gradually & combine with slow speed.
加入所以的粉
Add in yogurt and red color; mix well.
加入酸奶
2. Cream Cheese mixture:
Beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth and combined.
将奶油奶酪与糖搅拌均匀
Add in egg and VE and mix until combined.
加入鸡蛋与香草精
3. Grill layer by layer until all used up.
一层一层烘烤至完成
Start with 2 layers red velvet, one layer of cream cheese and repeat until all done.

CARA2:
1. Red Velvet:
Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga putih dan kembang.
Masukkan ovallette, telur satu persatu, putar sehingga sebati dan kembang.
Masukkan susu pekat manis dan putar lagi sehingga sebati.
Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum dan serbuk koko yang sudah diayak. Putar sehingga semuanya sebati dengan kelajuan yang perlahan.
Campurkan yogurt bersama pewarna merah, gaul sebati dan masukkan ke dalam adunan tepung tadi, putar lagi dengan kelajuan yang perlahan sehingga adunan bertukar warna merah sepenuhnya.
2. Adunan Cheese:
Putar cream cheese & gula sehingga lembut & sebati.
Masukkan telur dan esen vanila; putar sehingga sebati.
3. Bakar selapis2 dengan api grill.
Mulakan dengan dua lapisan red velvet, selapis cheese & ulang sehingga habis.

Từ ngày làm việc với các bé trong #TeamSoobin, mình cảm thấy các bé như gia đình mình vậy, rồi từ đó cảm thấy yêu luôn, thương luôn các bé nhỏ khác. Hôm rồi, xem được phóng sự về các bé bị tim bẩm sinh nhưng lại có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, thật sự rất xót xa. Tự nhiên mình nghĩ: “Nếu như đó là các cháu mình, em mình thì không biết phải làm thế nào?”
Và mình nghĩ rằng chắc cả nhà cũng như Soobin, cũng muốn làm gì đó, dù là nhỏ thôi, cho các em nhỏ ấy. Thật may mắn là sắp tới sẽ diễn ra giải Chạy Vì Trái Tim, do Gamuda Land phối hợp cùng Quỹ Nhịp Tim Việt Nam tổ chức. Sự kiện sẽ là nơi quyên góp để hỗ trợ các bé được phẫu thuật tim. Các Susu ơi, cả nhà xem bên dưới để biết thêm chi tiết và giúp đỡ các bé nhé!

Resepi Apam Mekar Tembikai
Bahan-bahan
1 cwn tepung gandum
1/2 cwn gula kastor
1 biji telur (A)
100 ml susu segar
1 sk ovalet
1 sk esen vanila
3 sb coklat urai
pewarna makanan (merah, hijau)
Cara memasak
1. Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, pukul telur, gula kastor, esen vanila dan ovalet sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum dan susu segar. Gaul sebati menggunakan teknik kaup-balik.
3. Kemudian, ambil sebahagian adunan dari bekas pengadun dan bahagi kepada tiga mangkuk.
4. Tambahkan pewarna hijau dalam satu daripada adunan dalam mangkuk tadi dan kacau sebati dan satu lagi biarkan berwarna putih.
5. Untuk lebihan adunan di dalam bekas pengadun, tambahkan pewarna merah dan kacau sebati.
6. Masukkan coklat urai dan kacau sekali lagi sehingga rata.
7. Setelah itu , sendukkan adunan merah ke dalam acuan kek cawan diikuti dengan adunan putih di tengah dan adunan hijau di atas.
8. Akhir sekali, celupkan pencungkil gigi ke dalam pewarna hijau.
9. Lorekkan pada bahagian atas adunan dengan garis menegak serta melintang untuk menghasilkan corak tembikai.
10. Kukus pada api tinggi selama 10 minit.
11. Apam Mekar Tembikai siap untuk dihidangkan.

Apam Mekar Tembikai Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of castor sugar
1 egg (A)
100 ml fresh milk
1 tsp of ovalette
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 tbsp of chocolate rice
food coloring (red, green)
Cooking methods
1. Using a mixer, beat egg, castor sugar, vanilla essence, and ovalette until rising and fluffy.
2. Add in flour and fresh milk. Mix well using the folding method.
3. Then, take out parts of the batter into two bowls.
4. Add green food coloring into one of the bowls and mix evenly.
5. For the remaining batter in the mixer, add red food coloring and mix evenly.
6. Add in chocolate rice and mix again until everything is well combined.
7. After that, scoop the red batter into the cupcake molds followed by the white batter in the center and finally the green batter on top.
8. Finally, dip a toothpick into the green food coloring.
9. Draw vertical and horizontal lines on top of the cupcakes to produce a watermelon pattern.
10. Steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
11. Apam Mekar Tembikai ready to be served.

Cara memasak
1. Pecahkan telur di dalam mangkuk. Campurkan bersama gula kastor dan esen vanila.
2. Pukul seketika sehingga gula larut. Kemudian, ayak tepung kek dan serbuk penaik ke dalam campuran tadi.
3. Masukkan susu segar dan gaul sehingga adunan sebati.
4. Biarkan adunan selama 10 minit sehingga buih-buih kecil terhasil.
5. Sementara itu, panaskan pan pada api sederhana dan tuangkan satu senduk adunan.
6. Biarkan adunan masak seketika hingga keperangan.
7. Terbalikkan supaya permukaan satu lagi masak. Angkat dan ulang step di atas.

4 nos eggs

Nutella chocolate (as needed)
Cooking methods
1. Crack eggs in a bowl. Then, mix with castor sugar and vanilla essence.
2. Beat for while until the sugar dissolve. Then, sieve cake flour and baking powder into the mixture.
3. Pour in fresh milk and mix well the batter.
4. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes until small bubbles form.
5. Meanwhile, pre-heat the pan at medium heat and pour one scoop of batter on the pan.
6. Let the batter cook and small bubbles form.
7. Flip the pancake and cook the other side. Remove from heat and repeat the steps.
8. Put the Nutella chocolate at the center and cover the top with another pancake.

Bahan-bahan (Inti)
1 cwn isi ayam (dipotong dadu)
1 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 susu segar
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
1 cwn sayur campur
garam (secukup rasa)
1/2 sk lada hitam
1 sk tepung jagung
Bahan-bahan (Kulit Risoles)
200 gm tepung gandum
1 biji telur
40 gm minyak jagung
1/2 sk garam
2 sk gula
1 cwn susu segar
Bahan-bahan (Menggoreng)
2 cwn serbuk roti
2 biji telur
minyak masak (secukupya)
Cara memasak
1. Inti: Tuangkan minyak masak dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sehingga naik bau.
2. Kemudian, masukkan ayam yang telah dipotong dadu. Masak seketika.
3. Masukkan sayur campur dan kentang. Masak sehingga lembut.
4. Masukkan susu segar. Masak sehingga pekat.
5. Perasakan dengan garam, lada hitam dan masukkan tepung jagung. Kemudian angkat dan ketepikan.
6. Kulit Risoles: Campurkan tepung gandum, minyak jagung, susu segar, telur, garam dan gula.
7. Kacau sehingga semua campuran sebati dan tidak berketul.
8. Kemudian, oleskan minyak, tuangkan satu senduk adunan ke dalam pan dan biarkan masak pada suhu sederhana.

11. Goreng sehingga keperang-perangan.

Indonesian Style Chicken Rissole Recipe
Ingredients (Filling)
1 cup of chicken breast (diced)
1 whole red onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 whole potato (diced)
1 cup of mixed vegetable
salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of corn flour
Ingredients (Rissole Skin)
200 gm wheat flour
1 egg
40 gm corn oil
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
1 cup of fresh milk
Ingredients (Frying)
2 cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs
cooking oil (as needed)
Cooking methods
1. Filling: Pour in the cooking oil and saute garlic and red onion until fragrant.
2. Next, add in diced chicken breast. Cook for a while.
3. Add potato and mix vegetables. Cook until softened.
4. Add fresh milk. Let them simmer until thickened.
5. Season with salt, black pepper and add corn flour. Then remove from heat and set aside.
6. Rissole Skin: Mix wheat flour together with egg, corn oil, fresh milk, egg, salt and sugar.
7. Mix all the ingredients until well combined and not lumpy.
8. Then, apply cooking oil, scoop one ladle of the batter into the pan and let it cook on medium heat.
9. Remove from heat and place the filling at the center. Fold the bottom, right, and left edges inward then roll them upward neatly.
10. Dip rissole into the egg and coat with bread crumbs.
11. Fry at medium heat until golden brown.
12. Remove from heat and pat dry the excess oil.
13. Indonesian Style Chicken Rissole is now ready to be served.
