Ingredients:
Serves 2 - 4 pax
Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours but not more than 6.

1/2 cup (125ml) of plain yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
1/2 teaspoon of coriander seed powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of chilli powder
1 tablespoon of garam masala
4 cloves of garlic - grated
1 thumb size ginger - grated
1 teaspoon of salt
Juice from half a lemon
2 pieces of whole chicken leg (skinless)
Preheat your oven at 180C (356F) for at least 30 mins before you bake your chicken. Then bake the chicken at 180C (365F) for 20 mins. Baste the chicken with chilli oil (mix 1 tablespoon of oil with 1 teaspoon of chilli powder) at each 10 minute interval. Then increase the temperature to 200C (392F) and bake the chicken for anotheer 10 minutes.
