大马食材——#姜花 的故事，《#回味大马》为你娓娓道来😋

#姜花 喜欢阳光充足的环境，适应力强，是一种常在山边野生的植物。幼嫩的花能够用来作香料调味，切开花蕊，便能闻到幽微的清香。天生天养的姜花树，最适合生长在河岸边的腐殖质沙质土壤。

来自 #槟城 的 Angcle Peoh在七年前于巴生落地生根，把正宗的槟城风味移植到 巴生，当中包括少不了 #姜花亚参叻沙。

另外，面海的海鲜酸辣咖喱KARI IKAN TUMIS，新鲜的黑鲳鱼吸收了香料的精华和 酱汁，无论在咖喱的烹煮或上桌前的摆盘，都可看见姜花的存在。

身为吉打人的著名食谱作家 #陈鋕晋 对姜花更是情有独钟，尤其是姜花柚子沙拉。火炬一般燃烧的姜花，是热带雨林中一抹不请自来的色彩，也是赤道上最美的食用香料。

刚刚在网上看完了”寻味”在胡志明市。。。突然想念鲜甜美味的”pho”, 椰味香浓的雪糕，苦中带甜的越南咖啡。。其实怀念的是它那享受生活的方式，爱国为傲的心情以及充满艺术感的喜悦。。

Just caught Taste of Memory in Ho Chi Min... i can still recall the taste of freshly made traditional “pho bo” and rich aromatic coffee.. but what i truly miss is the long dinner sessions with newly found friends talking and catching up on different stories ranging from travel to patriotic matters... one of my favorite episodes.. i hope you liked it too... see u soon Ho Chi Min.

我好记得坐在这片大草原旁，望着蓝蓝的香格里拉天空。心里话是说”寻味快要拍完了，我们大队40多天在路上的努力是否会收到大众的接受？这个疑问就如一只飞在你耳边而打不走的蚊子一样。
到今”寻味”以播了四集。而这几天听到大家所和我分享他们回忆中的那个”味道”。心里很想大喊的说”大哥大姐们我们的节目有人在看！！”天啊！那感觉实在太棒了！感恩。。来还有9集。。希望大家还会很热烈的支持！！
