ซอสปรุงรสฝาเขียว 1 ช้อน
หอมหัวใหญ่​ 1/2 หัว
ก้านคะน้าตามใจชอบ

น้ำปลา 6 ช้อน
น้ำตาลเคี่ยว 1 ช้อน

ข้าวหอมมะลินิ่มและยางข้าวเยอะ หุงแล้วข้าวจะกอดตัวกันง่าย การใส่น้ำมันพืชลงไป จะทำให้หุงแล้ว ข้าวจะแยกเม็ด ซุยง่าย เย็นแล้วไม่จับตัวเป็นก้อน
