cocoa powder 25g

[How to make]
1.Put 200g of cream cheese and 30g of granulated sugar in a heat-resistant container and heat for 600 seconds in a microwave oven and knead well.
2. Next, put 150g of black chocolate in a different heat-resistant container, add 200ml of warm cream and mix well to dissolve
3. Put everything together and mix well.
4.Sieve 25g of cocoa powder through sieve and mix well until powdery is gone
5.Add one egg size M and mix well, then spread the cooking sheet on the bottom and side in a 12cm bottom cake container
6. Pour the dough into about 80% of the cake container, fill the oven dish with water and steam. Bake at 302℉ degrees for 1 hour
7. Once burnt, cool in the refrigerator overnight to complete

クリームチーズ 200g
グラニュー糖 30g
生クリーム 200ml
ブラックチョコレート 150g
ココアパウダー 25g
卵Mサイズ1個
【作り方】
1.耐熱容器にクリームチーズ200gグラニュー糖30gを入れレンジ600w50秒加熱し良く練り混ぜます
2.次は違う耐熱容器にブラックチョコ150gを割り入れ、温めた生クリーム200mlを入れ良く混ぜ溶かします
3.全てを合わせて良く混ぜます。
4.ココアパウダー25gを篩いにかけ入れ、粉っぽさが無くなる迄良く混ぜます
5.更に卵Mサイズ1つを入れ良く混ぜ、底抜けケーキ容器12cmにクッキングシートを底と横に敷きます
6.ケーキ容器の8割位まで生地を入れ、オーブン皿に水を張り蒸し焼きにする。余熱したオーブン150度1時間焼きます
7.焼けたら冷蔵庫で一晩冷やして完成です
