Miso torched Chilean sea bass “Nobu-style”🐟, spring pea soup 🍵 with guanciale and crab 🦀 , crab claw with Japanese sesame dip, quinoa salad 🥗 with 🥑, olives 🫒, feta, Japanese spinach 🍃 salad (#recipeontheblog), seaweed salad + spicy squid 🦑 salad. Enjoyed with a lovely bottle of @donumestate pinot noir.
