繼續留日訓練

繼續打好我嘅每套拳
一點一滴累積
為下一場比賽準備好自己
咁樣先不負總教練+若井師父所望
感激佢地對我嘅龐大支持

Today I supposed to go Spain for competing the premier league Madrid, to evaluate my progress after my japan training camp. Of course the event was cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
And today I’m packed my luggage......to another (floor) hotel room🤣 Yes, I’ll stay here for awhile, continue the training.
Adversity creates opportunities, I’ll keep improving both my physical fitness and my Kata. Accumulating to prepare myself for the next event.
Thank you Head coach William and Wakai Sensei their continuously support, I’m grateful to work with them, toward the Olympic dream.
And I wish all the coaches, teammates, family and friends in Hong Kong are well, stay safe🙏🏻
