Tonkin - Annam ตงกิง - อันนัม 東京安南 is a tiny Vietnamese restaurant hidden in a tiny soi in #thatian area which has received #michelinplate award for 3 years in a row. Quality and balance is the key here: big sized shrimp, juicy NamNueng (Vietnamese pork ball), lots of fresh veggies (most of them are quite exotic that we don't know the names), and a different kinds of rice noodles and wraps, all very well bonded together with the sweet signature sauce. Although our experience on Vietnamese food is quite limited, but we can sense the uniqueness element to the place's cooking style, while maintaining the old school taste of Vietnamese food in Thailand which our parents would feel comfortable with. Perfect for sharing with friends or family, and be prepared for a number of queue

#ตงกิงอันนัม #tonkinannam เป็นร้านอาหารเวียดนามเล็กๆ ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในซอยเล็กๆย่าน #ท่าเตียน ที่ติดโผ #มิชลิน เดอะเพลท มา 3 ปีซ้อนแล้ว เราว่าคุณภาพและความพอดีของรสชาติเป็นของดีของที่นี่เลย กุ้งตัวใหญ่สด หมูแหนมเนืองที่เนื้อชุ่มฉ่ำมาก ผักสดต่างๆแปลกๆที่ส่วนใหญ่เราไม่รู้ว่าคือผักอะไร จัดมาให้เยอะแยะ แป้งเปาะเปี๊ยะและเส้นหมี่ ทั้งหมดทานด้วยกันโดยมีซอสหวานๆนัวๆสูตรของทางร้านเป็นตัวเชื่อมรสชาติทั้งหมดให้เข้ากั๊นเข้ากัน ถึงเราจะไม่ได้ทานอาหารเวียดนามบ่อยนัก แต่รู้สึกเลยว่าอาหารที่นี่มีความพิเศษที่ไม่เหมือนใคร แต่ในขณะเดียวกันยังคงรสชาติที่คุ้นเคยแบบที่น่าจะถูกปากพ่อแม่เราอยู่ด้วย เป็นร้านที่เหมาะมาทานด้วยกันเป็นก๊วนแก๊งหรือครอบครัว และเตรียมรอคิวไว้ด้วยนะจ๊ะ
