When I was a little child, my dad always took us to a fast food division of Chinese Restaurant to have the Deep Fried Chicken Leg. It was heavenly good that my saliva still running out when I am talking about this. The marination was far more complicated, time consuming and costly that nowadays no restaurant will do. however, the result was extremely good that it becomes priceless. It is exactly love at the FIRST BITE. That is the motivation I am so determined to rewrite and show it to you. It is so pity such such Cooking wisdom, knowledge and effort from our old respectable predecessors will be disappeared very soon.
I do believe I have the responsibility to inherit such knowledge to our youngsters and all the people over the world who love and enjoy food. Indeed, the recipe is not only about food, it also includes love, childhood and passion. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 chicken legs
1.5tbsp soy sauce
1.5tsp salt
2tbsp maggie's seasoning soysauce
2tsp five spice powder
1.5tsp white pepper powder
2 eggs
90g flour
90g cornflour
Some Ketchup for Dipping

不理熱氣不熱氣,港式炸雞髀怎樣都要吃的。不要少看炸雞髀,港式做法有很多講究的地方,而且也花時間,醃料和炸油的溫度就最關鍵了!現在很難找到好吃的茶餐廳炸雞髀嗎?不打緊,現在可以自己整啦!味道是我們小時侯的風味!

💡只有中午堂食一段時間,真係差唔多忘記了晚間出去搵嘢食嘅心情。今日中午出來搵食,去到柯士甸道一間老牌意大利餐廳。之前曾經到訪過一次,當時做緊最平晚市$79套餐。現在午市最平$49有交易,仲平過快餐店,即入!
🍲食物
依間餐廳其實係走高級路線,當然係十幾廿年前。晚市過來質素都不錯,午市$49當然抵食不過只有兩個選擇,包括俄國牛柳絲和蒜蓉雞扒飯或意粉。不過亦有其他套餐,價錢大概$60 至$70。月尾手緊,點了解兩份特價午餐。不要忘記套餐仲包括餐湯及餐飲。餐湯方面都係基本嘅羅宋湯,不會有什麼驚喜。較為特別就係紅菜頭忌廉湯。感覺幾健康。我嗰份牛柳絲意粉其實味道及牛柳絲質素都不錯,比茶餐廳質素好一點。不過有啲失敗就係牛柳絲不夠熱,只有微溫。太太嗰份蒜蓉雞扒就真係超抵食,塊雞扒成隻手咁大,雞肉都幾嫩,蒜蓉控一定欲罷不能。絕對完勝我嗰份了
🏠環境
香港好多時都講集體回憶,呢間餐廳裝修基本上幾十年冇變,晚上過來仲會點蠟燭,做到真正嘅燭光晚餐。情人節將,想試吓一個懷舊平民版浪漫式晚餐可以考慮。
🤷🏻♀️服務
我覺得晚上服務會好一點,主要因為經理在中午沒有出現。記得上次來,經理擅長交際應酬,喜歡和客人交流。中午服務不是太差,但就比較普通,沒什麼特別,但整體上都係可以接受嘅。

$49 加一 $55 落到樓,有得座,仲有人招呼。特價午餐有麵包,餐湯,凍熱飲不需加錢。聽到呢一度,相信應該冇乜投訴。我就覺得幾抵食,絕對可以過嚟試吓!
